We love Banff and go there often, this time with our hockey team since we had a tournament in Banff. We were not really impressed with the hotel, really tight rooms, especially the bathroom, good luck trying to move around with a family of 4 in the room. The hotel was clean altho

Came to Banff for a family wedding. Found this hotel on advisor. We had a second floor room with 2 queen beds, street side. Our room was large, and clean. Location was amazing. Can walk to everything.

The only reason we’re giving 4/5 stars is the timing of cleaning was disa

Hi! In the one bedroom suite 2, advertised as one bedroom suite mountain view in Expedia, are there actually 2 bed separated by a divider?
Hi meowytravels, Our One Bedroom Suites contain two queen beds with the first being located in the common area of the room and the second in a private bedroom. Both the common area and the bedroom contain flatscreen TV's. A private balcony with a mountain view comes standard with this room type also. Visit the High Country Inn's official website to see photos of various room layouts. Kind Regards, Hotel Management

ATTN: IRWIN As you are also the owner of the Ticino, we wanted you to be aware of the terrible experience my husband and I had there Monday night, with your manager, Nat, and the waitress he supported. Here's the rundown: The waitress began the lecture, when we asked for another piece of bread and butter. She insisted we were out of line by requesting 2 rolls apiece and more than a minuscule portion of butter. There wasn't enough butter for the bread, and she refused to bring more. We asked for the manager,Nat, and he backed her up, insisting so much food is wasted, that we should not ask for more. It was just like being in a prison. He stood over our table for 10 minutes, arguing, insisting she was right in demeaning us. We finally yelled at him to get out of our faces and leave us in peace to eat our dinner. The food was OK,, but the two restaurant employees made the evening very unpleasant. We tried to contact you, but evidently you didn't care enough to call us back. We recommend everyone avoid this place. It isn't cheap, and you get insulted royally! No tip left!
Why is Trip advisor calling this a question?
