After what seemed like a nice stay in our room, we were left with a bitter taste in our mouths. To spend over $1000 at the Resort and then have management charge us .50 cents to print a boarding pass was pretty tacky and just plain stupid from a business perspective. With the slow internet service and 'nickel and dime'...

We stayed here for 2 nights at the conclusion of a family reunion in Alberta. I would highly recommend this resort for families with young children. My kids (ages 3 and 6) could not get enough of the waterslides and the playzone area. Even the small outdoor playground was a great distraction. The 2 bedroom condo was a nice size...

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in Banff, and this was a great place to stay: fairly quiet, beautiful view from our balcony, nice fireplace and fire wood, comfy bed, plenty of space in the room, fast WiFi internet, nice TV with good set of inputs, free covered parking, well-equipped kitchen with microwave and plenty of pots, pans,...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay with us. It’s great to hear you enjoyed your stay and made full use of your fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and some of our amenities. The waterslides are good for all ages! Congratulations on your wedding anniversary, we look forward to seeing you again next year.

I was at Douglas Fir with my family (incl. 4 kids). We rented a suite with a full kitchen and 1.5 baths and a loft that slept 4. It was clean and well maintained. Got a great view of the mountains and wild life and it was just off the beaten path (2 min. drive off the main strip). The...

Stayed here for just on a week in the third week of July this year. The room was a chalet styled set up with an upper bedroom area consisting of two queen beds and a toilet area and a downstairs of a well equipped full kitchen; dining table for four; lounge suite which converted into a double bed and a...

Have returned from a week in Banff and have to say we were more than happy with the service and facilities provided. The resort is well located, ca 5-7 min drive from Banff town centre. The houses are comfortable and well equipped. If I had one comment it would be that while we had rented a 3 bedroom you would...

I booked this room (a One Bedroom Condo + loft) well in advance and got a great early bird rate. We needed accommodation for a family group of 6, and this was the best value for money we could find in Banff, by far. It is a just a couple minutes drive up the hill from Banff Avenue - it...

The service was very good. Had issues with the TV and toilet but the staff was there immediately to fix. Might have enjoyed our stay more if we weren't on the side with the store and the liquor store. Parking lot was noisy. I enjoyed the location out of town and there was enough parking. Kitchenette was nice.

Overnight stay with 2 families (4 adults & 6 kids ages 5 to 11). One bedroom condo with loft worked really well. Kids all stayed in the loft and adults downstairs. Appreciated the second half-bathroom upstairs with so many people. Cozy accommodations with enough room for everyone to sit and eat breakfast. Well-stocked fridge for the Make your own Breakfast...
