We stayed for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom with loft condo. Main floor bedroom and loft had 2 queen beds with 2 piece bath. Kitchen well equipped including paper towels. We visited during the summer so didn't use the fireplace but the condo was clean and great location at the edge of Banff. Friendly staff, housekeeping and no problem...

The resort had amazing staff which helped us make an excellent plan to ensure we experienced the best Banff had to offer. We stayed in a single bedroom condo with loft and found it to be a great home away from home. They even accomodated an early check-in and provided a playpen for our 1 year old son.

This was our second visit to DFR and we had a great time. Our kids loved the waterpark and they had lots of fun. One comment about the waterslides is the heavy chlorine smell once you enter the pool area, athough It is not quite heavy when in the water. Good thing they are renovating this facility, can't wait to...

A little out of the way from downtown Banff, the resort is located on Tunnel Mountain Road. Was able to check in early which was great. Had a chalet room with 1 bedroom and a murphy bed. Reserved with the "make your own breakfast" rate. The food was a great feature, plus there is a grocery store attached to the...

We always stay in the one bedroom with loft. We have two kids and the extra is nice although we always end up sleeping together in the loft. The kitchenette has everything we need and we love the real fireplace. Housekeeping is fantastic and very courteous. The resort is less than 5 minutes from main street Banff so it is...

We stayed in a one bedroom condo unit. Very comfortable with a double bed and flat screen tv in the bedroom. Living room had a double Murphy bed, flat screen tv, fireplace with free wood, free wifi, full kitchen. Bathroom was newly renovated and enjoyed the new tub. We drove into town each day, but there is a free shuttle....

We had a room with two queen beds + kitchenette and fire place, and it was clean and spacious. The resort itself is in need of a make-over and not very attractive. The location is nice if you have a car to take you to the center of Banff, but the bus stop is also nearby. The staff was very...
