Luxury hotel in banff. Two storey room with fireplace. modern electrical appliances in the room. very cozy. feels like home. one downside is that breakfast is pretty basic. They offer toast/waffle/cornflakes/coffee/tea.

Good location, about a 10-15 minutes walk to the main shopping/dining part of Banff Ave. We booked a "suite" with a kitchenette and there is enough room for 4 person. A queen sized bed in the bedroom, the kitchenette and bathroom in the middle and another "room" with 2 twin beds. The suite can be accessed from either side with... More

I've stayed in a Lot of places in Banff and this is by far the nicest. Big room with two big double beds, large bathroom, all the usual bits and pieces, and bathrobes!! I was on a girly weekend and the room and the robes made it really feel like a treat! If I had to make a complaint it... More

Paid $350 for one night for what was billed as a 2 bedroom suite. There were 2 beds, but only one proper bedroom, so it was not sufficiently private for the person in the door-less room. It was noisy because Windows opened onto walkways. The hairdryer did not work. All of these are relatively minor concerns, but the fact that... More

Booked loft room, bed room is spacious in upstairs but everything else is on the main floor, which makes living room and bathroom relatively small. when bathroom and bed room is not on the same level, it's inconvenient in my opinion. the spiral staircase is narrow. If you need to get up in the middle of the night to go... More

We stayed here end of summer season and even though booked 3 months in advance there was limited availability in Banff. The staff are very nice and welcoming which makes a nice first impression. We had a loft room which was great as a young couple. The spiral staircase might be difficult for very young or older guests. Room warm... More

Stayed in 2 bedroom with kitchenette. Rooms were clean one bathroom close to the kitchen. Only 2 chairs for 4 people. For the cost of the rooms not great value. Had a pool and hot tub which was nice. Also continental breakfast.

Rather dissappointed with the room layout between the 2 rooms is the kitchen and bath room. Very poor ventilation, only supply one air-cond for a 2 room unit. It is very inconvenient on a sharing basis.

Our two primary concerns were hot rooms and noise. My 71 year-old mother was in a “deluxe” room, which opened up into the covered parking lot. (Charming.) She didn’t feel safe there, so we let her sleep in the third-floor kitchenette we had booked with our kids. Unfortunately, it was much too hot. I called and complained when we arrived,... More

Stayed here for 2 nights only because all other banff hotels were booked. This was the only choice left even though I booked 2 months in advance. I guess summers are super busy here. I don't have a single good thing to say about the hotel except maybe the location. Location although was 25 mins walk from the hub of... More
