Comfortable, clean and good value for money. Each room has a fridge and there is a communal microwave. However the walls aren't very which and you can expect lively Australians acting like fools throughout the night. That said the staff are great at dealing with these issues and just call the police and have them removed. Perfect for a couple...

Stayed Feb 11/17 Saturday Night - Very shocked at the size of room, Bed was Queen Size probably more like Double and absolutely terrible, could feel the springs thru mattress, TV was size of my IPhone, and Bathroom very out dated, and dirty. Price of room was more like a $64.00 not $154.00. Website does not JUSTIFY.

Worst customer service. We had a room near the stairs. There was a lot of noise during the night from a proxy 10:45 -2 am. When I request a room they stated it was too late in the day at 4pm. I could have a new room if I wanted to pay the full price for both rooms. The front...

We stayed here for a 2 night ski trip. It was great value for money. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Parking was nearby in a multi-story and free (for up to 8 hours and overnight). Room was a bit worn (a few dents in the walls and wear in the bathroom). Location is absolutely spot on. For value...

I was very satisfied with this place. Located in the heart of downtown and all the good shops and food. The room was clean, comfy bed. Free wifi in the rooms. The best part is the parking. Only $5/day in an underground secured garage around the corner. They give you a FOB so you can come and go as often...

We stayed here for one night. Can't be the price... especially in Banff. Handy location right on Banff Ave., you can walk to all the shops, restaurants, etc. Room was small and simple, but clean... and you're not spending much time in your room anyway, right? Free wi-fi. Windows that opened to let in a nice breeze. And again, cheap!...

I had read some of the reviews and because it's an older hotel, I didn't expect much but the price was right and the location was great so we decided to take a chance. WELL, we were very pleasantly surprised. While the rooms are small, for the 2 of us it was very cozy. It was nicely decorated and the...

It was an adorable hotel. Small and snuggly. Clean and right in the middle of town with mountain views. Quiet even though on a main road. Price was fantastic. We stayed one night and wanted to stay more. The staff was hugely helpful. Free parking a bonus.

This hotel met our needs - not wishing to fork out loads of money but wishing to be in the center of the activity in town - we felt we did well with selecting the King Edward Hotel. The hotel is the second oldest in Banff so it has a history and it is well restored. The cost was under...

We stayed one night at this hotel in late July. The price was average, not a great deal but what you would expect for Banff in July, and the location is great, right on the main street. Parking is not provided by the hotel, but when we asked the front desk staff where to park, an employee was extremely helpful...
