I'm staying for 5 days. This hotel is pioneer I would say. Pioneer in the sense of old hotel. The bed is old with flat pillow, thin blanket and glad the air cond is still working. Toilet water leaking from the ceiling and bottom of the sink. I could feel the water drip on my head when I brush my...

Stayed in this hotel for one night. My room was facing the pool.....therefore the view and surrounding is very good as it is facing the greeneries. However, the carpet smells...bathroom is not kept well, the hallway was very dim and breakfast is not tasty. The price is not worth the hotel...add about RM10-20 more and you can get a better...

The hotel is really old with poor maintenance. The toilet is dirty with yellowish water around the toilet bowl. We even found yellow stain on the towels and pillows. Anyway, their staff is friendly and helpful.

Free parking, ample space and easy parking set up 4. Service was fast; i ordered room service for 'wild mushroom soup'. It came fast,...

They referred us to the travel room next to their reception and said there was no where else we could stay. Took 30 mins to get there, first thing i noticed was the reception...

Room they gave me was still dirty from previous guest, I checked in at 10:00 at night. Room smells of cigarette, was not given an option. Stayed there for 5 hours, slept on top of bed, did not bother to take shower as bathroom mouldy and tap rusty. Food in the restaurant not edible and expendsive. I am not fussy...

Really far from anything else, room is dirty, loo is dirty, and shower handle came off (no hot water). Our room was on the third floor. The 'breakfast' was disgusting: an old sandwich, an apple and dry looking piece of chocolate cake. We were in transit so we chose to stay in this hotel. Never again.

Furious. All our holidays in Asia are the result of much planning and research to find the cleanest, safest accommodation. Why, Air Asia, pretend to be doing us a favour after cancelling our flight? The favour would have been advising us to go back to our KL hotel, no matter what the inconvenience - even at midnight. Instead we were...
