My wife, myself and a female friend stayed at their casita right on the beach. It quite a bit more expensive but because I was bringing my wife, I thought I would splurge. I was pretty bad. #1The couch that folded out as a bed was horrible. Our friend looked like a hot dog inside the mattress. #2 Our full...

We spent a little more and got the casita (a camouflaged 1 bedroom trailer) for 4 nights. Very old but beautiful beach & sea views. A little work would go a long way here, most of the floor tiles are cracked and have stains, the grout is black and coming up so badly that we had to wear shoes the...

We stayed there during the Rocky Point rally, last Nov 2015. When we got back to Arizona and looked on our credit card statement we noticed that they had charged us for an extra night. We called right then talked to someone, we ended up calling and talking to someone a couple times and it was good. We decided instead...

This side of Rocky point is very quiet and a few miles from food and El malecon.. It's good for families but no good for couples. ..Gate to beach opens at 8am and closes at 11pm...u have to ask for room service .

I've been staying at the El Mirador Village Hotel for years, with many pleasant memories. This stay was an exception. The first indication was the inoperative elevator. Staying on the top floor, this was not a good omen. The room, while clean, lacked basics. Not one glass, no telephone, limited, bent hangers, indescribable pillows (hard lumps), no Kleenex tissues, no...

First of all....to avoid confusion (because I certainly was confused when looking on line).............This El Mirador Village Hotel is the SAME as what they currently call it, which is Hotel El Mirador. So, if you're trying to find reviews for Hotel El Mirador, look at this hotel. Very basic...but very clean, clean towels, plenty of towels. Right on the beach...

I have stayed here a couple of times during Memorial Day weekends. A group of us always stay here because of the price, it's affordable for everyone. Don't expect to be pampered, though, there are many nice & expensive resorts for that. There will be no breakfast served, (there is coffee), the rooms are clean and overall decent, but when you...

My boyfriend and I took a quick weekend escape from Phoenix to Rocky Point. We wanted to save money and El Mirador was on the cheaper side of the hotels. It is hard to find (current) info about where to stay down there. The hotel was not horrible, but it was pretty bad, even for the price. We stayed in...

Clean spacious rooms at a great price. The town is supposed to be be a watered down Cancun but it definitely has a lot of local flavor left. The hotel is on the beach, which is more rocky but still good for walking on and exploring the tidal pools. Good fishing too, my husband caught four rock bass right off...

We have been staying at El Mirador Hotel for a few years and it is a wonderful and relaxing time. This past weekend we had 2 great young ladies come and give us pedicures and massages in our room, very affordable. We try to reserve the #1 and only cabin, it is right by the stairs to the beach, a...
