Club Nena - All Inclusive seems to leave a diverse impression on its guests. The hotel's vibrant atmosphere, complete with lively music and lush greenery, is widely appreciated, as is the overall cleanliness of the spaces. However, some guests have called out additional charges that detract from the perceived value of their stay. While the pools and animation are highlights, the inconsistent service and communication shortcomings are areas of concern. Room experiences vary, with the spacious layout being a plus, but issues with air conditioning and cleanliness are noted by several travelers.

The hotel buildings and the entire infrastructure are located in a beautiful, well-kept garden with wonderful Mediterranean plants. The room (type DZX1) was spacious and clean (towels changed daily, the floor was washed, the bed was made, the fridge was stocked with bottled mineral water - also available in bars and restaurants). The air conditioning worked ok. The swimming pools (large with animations and a slightly smaller one - quiet, relaxing) and the beach were wonderful (it's a good idea to take water shoes), plus a nice aqua park, beach towels exchanged for a card issued at check-in. Animations from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 to 5 p.m., a mini disco at 9 p.m., and an evening show in the amphitheater at 9:30 p.m. There is a large selection of food in the main restaurant - everyone will find something for themselves. The dishes were fresh and tasty. There are also pool bars offering snacks such as pizza, hamburgers, spaghetti, fries and nuggets, as well as drinks (juices, cola, sprite, etc., ayran, beer, vodka, drinks). Coffee is available from vending machines and a special coffee bar where they fry cookies in the style of our donuts. In several places, ladies make delicious gozemle pancakes. Near the hotel there are typical Turkish bazaars where you can haggle and one air-conditioned LYRA Park, where all goods offered have price tags and you pay at the cash registers (prices cannot be haggled here). Maybe the hotel does not deserve 5 stars, because there are no shiny marbles, crystal chandeliers and splendor, but we felt good, comfortable and homely there. The organization of the trip by TUI was perfect.

I read a lot of reviews about this hotel, and to tell the truth, I was very worried about vacationing in this resort. But we passed it (2 adults + 2 children 12,14 years old). I rate the resort as great, everything was great, the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed daily, bed linen was changed after 3 days, bottled water was added to the minibar daily. The staff is extremely helpful, always smiling, always without any problems.
In other words, accommodation is the maximum satisfaction for me.
The environment is beautiful, everything is close, super maintained.
The water park with water slides is great, the children went crazy, maximum satisfaction.
Pools clean, everything perfect.
Alcohol at the pool bar, but we had no problems with that. Beer and soft drinks in all bars in the resort.
The beach was great, they cleaned and tidied nonstop, they also guarded it. Great access to the sea. We had waves all week, so swimming in the sea was difficult, but it was possible. We enjoyed jumping into the sea from the jetty the most.
Food - I don't know what to write here. There was an incredible amount of food, always. There were still fruits and cakes. Some of the cakes were too sweet for me, but that's probably the case with them, I don't know. Some were great though. Various species varied. There was always fruit, melons were excellent. You could choose your breakfast, there were hams, eggs, sometimes scrambled eggs, sausages, something like leche, semolina porridge (excellent), jams, cereals, excellent pastries. However, what we saw was the problem, lunches and dinners were still the same meals, maybe a few changes, but basically still the same. Although there is a lot of food, always at least 7-8 types of meat, fish, but always in the same way and for us very spicy and peppery. So, after 3 days, I went to eat only in the children's corner, where there was food for children - although the meat was tasteless, but better than the over-seasoned ones.... The fish was still only baked and therefore drier for me and baked in oil, i.e. greasy . I missed plain natural chicken, slices of pork, beef was only about 2x in 8 days. Basically, the biggest problem for me was the food, which I'm sorry about, because otherwise it was great there.

Minuses:
- The hotel is old, perhaps it was renovated somewhere, but the rooms near the reception are old, they are not falling apart, but it feels like everything is clearly in its third decade
- Few fruits besides apples, grapes and oranges are melon and watermelon and that’s it (for example, no figs (although it’s in season!), no strawberries), sometimes bananas.
- There is a lot of food, but everything is the same. Of course there is something to choose from, but don’t expect shrimp and steaks, there is no seafood at all except fish.
- The air conditioners in the rooms are slow, it takes time for them to go away, you take out the key, the electricity turns off and they give you one per room - this is a classic, but during the day in the heat it’s impossible to be in the room, the reception is also hot
- It seems that the hotel is huge, but all the paths are dead ends, in fact there is only one path along which you can walk (not convenient with a stroller)
- Staff: the room cleaners don’t speak English, they’re reluctant to clean, they don’t deliver water
- Very expensive massage
Pros:
- a good beach, there are always sunbeds!
- The beach is sand and pebbles, but the bottom is rocky
- Near the hotel there is a bazaar, a pharmacy, a market on Saturdays (ask the locals where)
- The restaurant has a microwave and blenders available! Ideal for baby food, with a 9 month old baby there are no problems with food.
- Children's table: carrots, zucchini, cauliflower, pasta
- A small children’s playground on the beach - very convenient (both swings and slides), the swings are really rusty, at the end of the season they apparently think there’s no point in painting them
- 3 pool areas: central - noisy, calm near the reception and another one near the water park
- The water park is not very big, but I think the children will enjoy it.

Bottom line: of course this is not a 5 star hotel, we chose it based on price, the presence of its own beach + large area. Based on these needs everything is ok
When moving in, make sure there is a net at the door to the balcony! The rooms that are closer to the reception are apparently older and do not have nets, and given that the air conditioning is not clear how it works, it is much more comfortable to sleep on the open balcony.

Terrible hotel. It's not worth half that money, and three stars tops.
First of all, we had nine nights. The first 3 days in the room were not cleaned at all, the bed was not changed, I went to swear - cleaned as it happened, replaced the bed with towels, and then for the legs in 9 nights once replaced, and again only need to swear. The garbage was lying around, the toilet, the washbasin was never washed. They don't do wet cleaning either, they don't vacuum, they just sweep with a broom. The food is terrible, everything is not delicious, if even on the grill it is without salt at all. Fruits are very few oranges, apple, watermelon, in 9 days once there were apricots. The staff is angry, not friendly. I'm with a baby for 4 months and with an 8-year-old, without a husband were, we were given a room on the 2nd floor, asked to replace, I can't carry a pram up the steps, said no rooms available, I found 3 rooms available, they said pay money. The Spruce Operator's Vacation Package replaced the room, although the reservation stated 1 floor. No one gave the lost nipple to the chains named on the beach.

At the bar, almost all cocktails are paid for, no ice cream. Coke and sprite only at the bar, no access. Drinking water only on the bar , in the dining room you can pour into a cup, you cannot take it with you in a bottle or sealed cup. In the cafeteria like a maximum security colony, a little kid was shirtless because he was lost on the beach, not allowed in. Even an apple can't be taken out of the dining room there are caretakers and rude answers.

There were days when there were no shows, and if there was, it was just hotel employees dancing. This horror has never been anything in nine days except dancing that I could dance myself. There's no disco in the hotel.

There was a celebration, usually hotels have a special menu, and here the first 10 people were given cocktails and that's it, the menu is regular. Don't give any more, and whoever came in first had nice hotels, my kid wanted one too, but we went in about 15, and we didn't get .

The staff doesn't speak Russian.

The plus side is the sea.

Avoid this hotel if you are looking for the real 5 star all inclusive experience!!! I don't know where to start. We made our booking via an agency that uses the services of TEZ TOUR and looks like what was shared with us at the reservation stage is not true at all. We arrived at 17 o clock on Thursday, 19th of September and had to wait for over 15 mins with an infant in a reception without AC to get a porter to take us to our room. During check in nothing was explained to us about the hotels amenities, what is under All inclusive and what is not. To my surprise when I went to the pool bar to get a mojito I was surprised that I had to pay extra for such a basic cocktail. Basically, the hotel offers 5-6 cocktails with some liquor which are free of charge but if you want a mojito, long island or any other known cocktail you need to pay extra. The main restaurant where food is served is also a true disappointment - the food is more or less the same every single day. For me the food is tasteless and they don't offer a good variety of choice so you can keep eating fries . The pool is nice but not the beach as you can see in the sand left cigarette butts which need to be cleaned. I will not be coming back to this hotel. I don't like the food, the service and the general attitude of the hotel staff! I will not be booking anything again through TEZ TOUR as their rep, Seyfettin, he doesn't take any feedback and his only reply is this is what it is... Basically deal with it!

This was my 7th visit in Turkey with my family and by far the worst. Where should I even start-maybe with our first impression when we got here- it was 11:30 pm and we were travelling at this point almost all day, we were exhausted and hungry. We asked where we can eat they pointed us the restaurant that is open for late dinner. We walk inside and we instantly feel the heat, AC was off, it was dark and unwelcoming. They had one soup and some leftovers from the dinner, no staff, nobody to ask anything, the machine for the water was off(we had to drink warm water because of that). At one point a person from the staff came and turned almost all the lights off and dissapeared and we had to eat in almost full darkness. The agency that we booked with, after multiple questions where are we going to be accomodated never gave us a solid answer and of course we got accomodated in the hotel part of this resort. The majority of it is consisting of villas. If you are in the hotel prepare for the worst. There is no AC in the hallways, there is no AC in the elevator and the bathrooms of the rooms i can't compare with anything else but Saunas. In the room itself the AC turns off when you leave the room and you open the balcony door which is standard, the problem was that the room is so hot when you come.back to it and the AC so weak even after working all night when you go to the bathroom and come back to the room you can barely feel it. The food is absolutely not 5 star hotel quality, as i said I have been here 7 times I know what 5 stars is. There is barely any variety in the main courses, and deserts, everything looks cheap, recycled and something that they are trying to save money from. The only exception was the Turkish night where there was a little more variety. The beach is very rocky and uncomfortable on the feet you definetly need water shoes for this place(we end up buying for ourselves it costs 13 euro). The sea had big waves almost the whole time and was not pleasant to swim in, its mother nature I understand but its a good warning for people coming at the end of August here. And I will end up with the staff and Management of the place. The staff looks unhappy and miserable, only few people from everybody that we encountered was pleasant, the Animation team is super weak-we were here for 7 days we did not speak with anybody, because they just don't engage people. And the worst of all is the Management of this place which since I work in a hotel I can fully blame for this whole situation. They are the ones making the poor employees miserable and unhappy, they are the ones that turn off the AC in every possible place of this resort to save money where outside the temperatures are 36-38/39 ° daily, and they are the ones that despite all of our efforts( including speaking with our representative about it) to adress our problem with the AC in the room just totaly ignored us this whole time did not even had the decency to come and speak with us, kept hiding in the office and made us feel like we don't matter despite the fact that we payed 120 euro per night to be here. All in all from professional and human point of view I am extremely dissapointed from this place, I will never come again and will do my due diligence to tell as many people as I can to do the same.

We are currently staying in this hotel! Before that, we stayed in many hotels of different levels and was in an advertisement for five-star hotels.
The hotel does not even meet 4 star standards.
Pros:
- there are children's pools and slides on the beach
- very friendly staff in the restaurant
That's where the positives end.
Minuses:
- The family room in the photo looks nice, in real life the second room is a closet with a small window. You can't sit on the balcony in the evening, because... the neighboring balcony is one and a half meters from yours))))
- KETTLE!!! Are you seriously? In a five star hotel there is no kettle in the room!!!! People with small children will understand how they need boiling water in their room to prepare food. We had to run from our room to the restaurant for boiling water.
- Air conditioners are a different matter. They work exactly when you are not in the room and at 5 pm they are turned off. The rooms are incredibly stuffy and it is simply impossible to sleep at night. The child constantly wakes up and cries
- The food leaves much to be desired. There’s not much to choose from in the main restaurant, their local dishes are not to everyone’s taste, but the grill, firstly, is the same almost every day, they don’t try to surprise you with anything, and secondly, it’s so fried that it’s almost burnt . And keep in mind that if you don’t come to the opening, you won’t get a lot of things
-Bar. Yes, it’s scary to approach him. The stench is incredible. After trying it once, I had to go to the store for drinks. And by the way, don’t forget your glasses, the dishes are very dirty

The Club Nena complex is a beautiful complex but is in need of major modernization.
The lobby/reception is very dated and immediately upon arrival you get the feeling of where I ended up here.
We had a large room for 4 people, which is also big enough.
But the room is incredibly bare/empty.
A painting and a floor lamp or something would provide a bit of an upgrade.
The minibar is only filled with water bottles and there is no possibility to make coffee or tea in the room (actually standard in a 5 star resort). The bathroom is neat but very small.
Cleaning is good
The resort buildings and gardens are beautiful and fairly well maintained.
Swimming pools are large enough for this complex and slides are fun but are located in the wrong place. Sunbeds at the pool and beach need to be replaced, almost all of them are sagging and broken.
The sea entrance is completely unsuitable for small children and people with mobility problems, after coarse gravel you are already 1.5 meters deep within 2 meters
Food is mediocre, not a tour de force.
If you arrive late, you will still be fed (but that certainly does not deserve a star) in a very sheltered room with thick dust everywhere.
Animation is amateurish, just doing something with a lot of shouting. Evening show is usually hired. After my stay I feel like this resort is in financial trouble and is trying to cut corners on everything.
We had a nice holiday, but will not come here again.

We are currently on site.
It is a large resort with plenty of greenery , the rooms are located in separate buildings.
Rooms are basic but these are only for sleeping. Frigo filled with water. Safe is payable at 2€ per day, however this should be free. Wifi is ok all over the resort. The bathroom lacks shampoo, shower gel is present.
Pools are fine, plenty of slides and the pier is ok. Plenty of sunbeds but after 8.30 am it is difficult to find room.
Pool bar is understaffed so keep lining up, cocktails to pay!
No ice cream for the children during the day or to pay in the shop.
Restaurant, buffet with little variety. Not every day pancakes or omelets which you should. Drops of fat hang from the hoods along the entire length, ready to fall into the food. One only comes once to serve drinks at the table, then you have to go get it yourself. Desserts are not supplemented with limited choice as a result.
Poolside snack bar: tasty Döner but service is not ok, people apparently work here against their wishes.
Few professional evening shows.
This club is worth 3 or 4 stars, not comparable to real 5 star resorts.

Just back from 10 days at club nena and overall thought it was a lovely hotel that could just do with a few simple tweaks to make it much better.

Room was good had a family room, lovely and spacious, although beds were pretty hard, especially the kids beds, double bed a little softer. Air con was really good and nice to get rooms cleaned daily, maids work so hard. Fresh water in fridge daily. Bathroom nice and clean and big shower.

Restaurant was big and very clean and food plentiful, just a bit repetitive, little change day to day, one day was chicken one day fish, but no themed nights. Always found something to eat just had more variation at other turkish hotels.

A la carte is a bit misleading, it says there are 3 but there is just one that rotates round only open 3 days of the week and when we arrived 2 of the nights were booked up and then the one day we could have gone not enough people booked so didn't open, just don't rely on this being an option, feel like this was a little missold when we booked.

Pools are great, we preferred relax pool, just felt a bit cooler than main pool. Aquapark is brilliant,.some good slides had fun on it daily and never too busy.

Entertainment was OK, animation Team try hard but not the best, games during the day were OK but not the best. Evening entertainment was mixed some shows were good and some were funny as they were so bad!!

The beach was nice and sea was a little cooler than the pools.

Main problems were the lack of bars open in the evening. Only the pool bar is open after 6pm and can lead to long queues especially after the restaurant closes. As its so hot would help if there were just a few fans around the bar, would also help to have fans at amphitheatre, we love the heat but it was boiling and just having a few fans to circulate the air a bit would help.

If you are English don't expect to see many other English people, it didn't bother us but literally only met 2 other English couples at the hotel.

It's a really nice hotel just a couple of tweaks would make it a great hotel.

And take a take a trip to Side, well worth the trip and pop to lyra park mall just outside hotel some great fakes and no hassle and bartering sorted my sons wardrobe for the next year!
