Miss the top rating because of internet access, otherwise great chalet, superbe design, very nice and comfortable room ; do not miss the hot spa outside especially in winter with the great view. Food is average plus. The lobby is superbe. Spa service was great and appreciated to recover from a long day, recommend to book this service in advance

I actually waited a full year to write this review in hopes the owner would follow through with his promise he made during our checkout, and my numerous attempts at rectifying the issue did not end up being a waste of time. My husband and I went for a weekend getaway of relaxation a few months after having a baby....

I went there to go away from the town and cool down a bit after a crazy week. It's a very quite place where you feel home as soon as you try it. The food is excellent, specially the duck ! the breakfast is too light for me... We are planning to book an other stay in February.

We enjoyed very much our stay at this place , will recommend it for family fun. It is advisable to bring with you your favorites, as there is not that's much places to shop around. We had fun fishing in the lake on pedalos and enjoyed a nice trail on ATV.

We booked our trip with the Tuango rebate which I regret. Our first room had a bad smell when we first entered but we had the view on the lake. Then the room upstairs flushed their toilet which left a very bad sewer odor in the room and when my girlfriend went in the room during dinner she almost puked...

There was so much chlore in the suppposed salted spa that our bathing suit color completelly faded. And the hotel wanted to charge us the stain on the towel cause by our bathing suit. Kids skin was burning and there was no pressure in the bath to rince. We were suppose to have a chalet with 3 rooms but ended...
