Easy parking, easy check-in, clean rooms, comfortable bed. It was a busy weekend, but the staff handled check-in perfectly. The most important thing to us is bed comfort and we were not disappointed. The only negative was car alarms going off much of the night, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Location is perfect. It's right in the center of the city. The hotel is very small. The gym is a tiny room just for one person. The bar is very essential and it's right after the reception. We were a group of people and we had few chairs were to stay for drink and a chat. Breakfast was quite rich...

I travel to Puebla regularly and I have to say that the NH is the most friendly hotel I have stayed in in the area. From the big smiles at the front desk to the efficient wait staff and housekeeping ladies (who actually remember you from the last visit) these make staying here a really positive experience. I am not...

Dirty pool and pool area with close to zero seating possibility. Hard mattress. Airco problems. No courtesy bottle of water, nothing ... everything extra. No reaction from management when complains. Not satisfied.

My family enjoyed its recent two-night stay at NH Puebla. The location is within easy walking distance to the zocalo. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a rooftop pool--that is much smaller than the hotel's photos make it appear. However, we seemed to be the only users of the pool and it was great to have that...

One of the major claims of this hotel is "Wi-free in all rooms!" However, despite they say this is "high-speed Internet", it will not reach more than 30kb/s, making downloads of 10 megabytes take one hour or more. City's free wi-fi at downtown is faster! // The parking lot has to be paid separately. Location is very good, indeed, staff...

I was unsure of where this hotel is in Puebla, but it is exactly two blocks from the zocalo and convenient to many of the sights in Puebla. We were only there one night, but were able to experience quite a bit. The hotel, like many NH Hotels, is modern and might seem a bit stark, but in the style...

The location of this hotel is good - convenient to most shops.. I stayed in a king bed sized room. The room was of a good size with the usual amenities. The bathroom is actually quite large, almost unnecessary so with a shower and bath combination. There is an iron included in the room which is quite convenient. The room...

Great location. Eery hallways. Good solid material but the floor carpet was the new modern dungeon design which went very nicely with the ecolights that glowed dully enough to raise hair. Room was clean, material good and modern except for the shower which still had its 1950s bathtub. Staff coolly professional, from valet parking to bellhop. Nothing but good feelings...

The best feather of the Hotel is its location -- close to the zocalo and other features in the downtown. It was easy to find and in a good location.
