They would not allow you to make reservations that comply with the credit card policies. They ask you to give them the security code together with all your information. This is just for making a reservation (not even for paying). Who knows if they write and keep the credit card information. Definitely not booking. Be careful with this malicious practices...

This hotel is well located two blocks from El Zocalo town center. It is an old building that was a one point someone's large home. We were sold on it being "boutique" but old does not make a hotel boutique. The hotel room was large, we had a two bedroom with a large bathroom. There were a few things we...

We love this old, antique hotel. The people at the front desk are great. They treat our dogs great and the rooms are decorated with fabulous art, scuptures and furniture of character. The location is amazing only a block to one of the prettiest Historic Squares in all of Mexico. Their are many great restaurants within a couple of blocks...

We spent three nights at the Hotel Casa de la Palma. Overall, it was great. Here are the plusses: Amazing location one block from the Zocolo in the center of the historic district. Building is chock full of charm and each room has high ceilings, old furniture and a unique theme (we were in the Marcel Marceau room). Staff was...

We stayed here for a night about 2 weeks ago. The room was charming and old fashioned with a beautiful, large bathroom. Unfortunately, when we stayed there the weather was quite cold, and the room had no heating, so we slept with sweaters on. The main problem was lack of electricity in the bathroom (so no hair dryer). And the...

Friendly staff that speaks well English. The room is just breathtaking! I absolutely love it! Breakfast is good also. Hotel is in the heart of Puebla right next to the cathedral, and lots of good restaurants around the blocks. Easy to access with taxi. No elevator, but staff is super sweet and carry the luggage for me!

We stayed in two rooms. The fist was right at the back on the second floor. There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. The man from staff didn't even ask if we needed any help with the four heavy bags we were carrying, he just pointed at where the room was and left us to it. The...

The place was clean, but it's an old building so if you're accustomed to staying in shiny new places you may not enjoy it. The rooms are huge, with French doors leading out onto a little balcony. There's an interior courtyard where they serve breakfast. The locks on the rooms aren't reassuring, and there are no safes in the rooms....

We stayed at the boutique hotel not the travel one. The people are very nice and helpful. The room was huge with high ceilings and I think it was called the Marceu. It had a nice balcony onto the street. The bathroom even had a beautiful stained glass window in it. And we had an entryway between the room and...

I'm writing this review to warn that there are two hotels - I thought I booked the Hotel Case de la Palma but was actually booked at the Hotel Case de la Palma TRAVEL, which is right next door. The hotel is charming, but no level of charm can make up for sewer smell, which is pervasive. Add that there...
