We enjoyed very much our stay at this hotel. We slept just one night, but it was a relieve after a bad experience in another central hotel in town. The rooms are super comfortable, the bathroom is large and well equipped. The restaurant was good enough and the chef himslef take good care with the preparation of allergy-free dishes. The...

So I bought two rooms with King beds over the weekend. When we checked in they issued us rooms with interior views, I'm talking big windows directly into the lobby with no privacy. Any body can see everything. No to mention it was with two double beds not one King. Well I didn't go along with this idea and so...

Mr. Eraumon. I am very sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately when you made your reservation we did not have any available rooms with a large bed. All the windows in our rooms have a blackout curtain, along with the lighter ones, that offer our clients privacy. Thank you so much for your comments, which help us to improve and fix...

The hotel is really beautiful and nice and the food is good, but the staff definitely needs to improve. We had a situation where the consierge gave our room key to a stranger without even checking to see if it was that person's room, so a stranger come into our room while we were sleeping! The staff was nice but...

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located, very comfortable rooms and beds, great breakfast. Please try the champurrado! Absolutely delicious! I visited this hotel long time ago and it was a nice traditional hotel. I see that it has been fully renovated and has a fantastic art collection displayed. It's so interesting to see another side of Mexican art and culture: work from...

Hotel Santa Rita is located at the city's downtown, just walking distance from the main touristic attractions. From the room's balconies you can observe part of the Cathedral or several streets. The place is small but with comfortable recently remodeled rooms. Staying @ Santa Rita is really an extraordinary experience. True value for your money!

The great location and magnificent facade doesn't match the ugly and out of context interior design, please forget the 45 degrees rule, isn't a Zacatecas style..... Great art pieces out of place, scale and space, the awesome Marin's piece in the awful lobby its a crime!!!! The rooms are small but nice, very hard mattress and bed sheets ripped!!! If...

Spent a two day business trip in Zacatecas. The Hotel is lovely and very well located just in front of the central market and the cathedral. The rooms are fine but it misses the mark with details. Close to all the venues for the music and dance at the annual Cultural Festival held during holy week. Tour of the El Eden was very good. Awesome cable car ride to La Bufa museum. We highly recommend the wonderful concerts at the cultural festival. We enjoyed watching the main stage music from the hotel's rooftop bar.

And just across from the beautiful cathedral and main plaza. We had lunch outside, at the hotel entrance, it was a very pleasant experience. Menu is short yet Ok. Service is good. Hotel was fully booked so we were not able to stay there; will do so next visit to Zacatecas. The hotel lobby is nice.
