Zacatecas' centro was nonstop party both nights we were there, and this hotel is right in the thick of things. In addition to that, a lot of noise carries through the building, from the hallways and even from room to room. Our room's windows opened onto an airshaft, so in addition to the noise, we didn't get much fresh air... More

The stay at Hotel Santa Lucia was very nice. The inside of the hotel is very nice and stays with the acrhitectural features you would have in a building that in in the centro area. The elevator is not working, so hauling my luggage up to the third floor was not fun. They do offer assistance with your luggage, if... More

The first time I stayed here I was really drawn into the beauty of the inside of the building. Most people would say the rooms look old, but I look that the hotel has manged to keep the original archeticture. The breakfast there was good. I enjoyed thier breads, eggs, and cereal. I enjoyed the hotel so much especially because... More

This hotel is ideally located in the city center ans staff is quite pleasant. However, the rooms are small and do not boast a wide window. Wifi signal does reach only the common areas. The breakfast is really bad, with margarine, fake OJ, foul coffee, in a crammed room with no windows.

I am currently writing this from the lobby of the hotel. After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, I was looking forward to our stay at this hotel. As stated in other reviews, the staff is very courteous and helpful. They even helped us make reservations at a local restaurant. The hotel is centrally located to the historical center of... More

Our room was nice and comfortable. We had a good view of La Bufa from our veranda. We did hear all the street noise though. The breakfast was cooked to order and good. The staff was friendly. We walked everywhere from there without any problems.

The facilities of this hotel are nice, the fachade looks very colonial and cozy. My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights, the first thing that disappointed us was that the hotel has no parking lot for its guests. We had to figure it out to find a parking lot located two blocks away from there. Then we found... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night. We paid 750 Mexican pesos for a 2 matrimonial beds room. We asked for a room on the back of the hotel to avoid the noise of the street, visited it and accepted the one that was presented to us. We had a very bad night. There was young people talking and... Hotel Santa Lucia is a great find. The terrace view is BEAUTIFUL! We did have a glitch in the reservation, we had asked for a room with a balcony (not a terrace) and there were none available at checkin. We had to stay one night in one of the inside rooms...it was disappointing because it was nothing like the pics... More
