Loved the hotel! So beautiful! Very centric and green, great atmosphere. Can't wait to come back again! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is good although you can find more restaurants near by.

You'd have to fly into Morelia or take a first class bus (Very clean and super comfortable) then take a taxi. You can probably request the hotel to reserve a reputable taxi for you.
