I booked this hotel for its location near the University, and the city center some 40 minutes walk away. It was also very reasonably priced, compared to anything in the area. It did not disappoint in any respect. The people at the reception desk was...More
Stayed here for 1 week in October 2015 for business with UCR. Hotel is located right next to main UCR campus. For running or walking, there is a green painted section of the main road that is about 1.12 miles for 1 lap. The gates...More
We arrived at the hotel a bit early and our room was ready. The check-in process was really fast. This is an eco hotel so don't expect A/C (not needed since temp was around 65-70s F), or any luxury hotel amenities. Room had all basics,...More

Gorgeous tile work and metal sculptures everywhere. Within walking distance from the San Pedro Mall and the Cinimas. Quaint rooms, wonderful breakfast. We stayed in room number three, small but no screens on the windows, so we had to keep the bathroom and bedroom windows...More

There is a courtyard with a grassy area and some artwork and there is a picnic table where you could sit outside and read. There is also an outdoor patio with some tables and chairs next to the breakfast area where you could sit. There is a lot of open space so I think you could probably find a spot to enjoy the nice weather. Also if you walk out of the hotel parking lot and turn left, it is a very short walk to the main campus for UCR and there are lots of grassy areas, benches, etc. to enjoy on campus. To find out about the cancellation policy, I would advise that you email the hotel directly. They were prompt in replying to my questions prior to our trip.
