Our stay at the Viceroy Los Cabos was truly exceptional, and the property is a must for anyone looking to have an unforgettable stay. While certainly iconic in photos, the resort's aesthetic features are even more impressive in-person. Smart design choices mixed with top-tier quality, the modern look-and-feel creates a sense of intimacy without feeling alienating. Despite 75% occupancy, the resort felt open and free, allowing my wife and I to completely relax and enjoy the best-in-class amenities. The warm, accommodating, and genuine staff are amongst the best I've experienced during my travels, and set the standard for luxury travel. In particular, Carlos Benavides (Room Division Manager), Armando Gonzalez (Food & Beverage Director - Cielomar), Irving & Aaron (Cielomar), Eduardo (Nidito), and the concierge staff made our trip one that we'll be raving about for years. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the quality and creativity of the Viceroy's food and beverage program. thoroughly enjoyed my solo trip to Viceroy Los Cabos - the perfect spot to unwind, disconnect and reset. the property is stunning from an architectural and design standpoint, very unique and modern. loved it! food, service, spaces, guest room were all so enjoyable. Can't wait to come back. Oh and the spa was amazing, probably one of the best massage treatments I've had and the facilities made it extra special getting to relax prior to the treatment.

Our stay at the Viceroy was incredible! The property, including the guest rooms and pools, are top notch -- everything is beautiful, luxurious and spotless. The food was amazing as well. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient - they went above and beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Cabo!

Our recent visit was full of pampering at the spa "cabin", and delicious food - at their restaurants, on the balcony for room service and by the pool - from an attentive team of heart-forward staff members. Unwinding has never been simpler, and if you are looking for a special place that makes you feel like you are coming home booking a vacation at Viceroy Los Cabos should be at the top of your list! No request is too big or too small - from extra bottled waters to a quick laundry turn-around to smiles everywhere you look! They provide toxin-free shampoo and conditioner - something that I've never found anywhere else, and an elevated attention to detail right down to the coffee stir sticks in their vegan leather pouch. The Viceroy Los Cabos is a first class experience from the moment you arrive to the point when you get to dip your toes in the ocean. The entire hotel staff is highly professional and caters to every need in such an effortless way, it exudes hospitality defined. If that's not enough the architecture of the entire project is stunning, including the project grounds, buildings, pools and room interiors. Lastly, the food at every one of the hotel restaurants was outstanding, plus the bar makes one of the best margaritas I've even had. I guess you could say I, along with the 10 other members of my group loved our experience at this resort and plan to come back again.

We had 9 of us total for a yearly trip to Cabo. We chose the Viceroy this year and it will now be our go to resort. The property is incredible, from the architecture, design, staff and amenities. We are an active group and the property has one of the best gyms I have seen in Cabo / anywhere in a resort. The Spa is like no other with a secluded cave like experience with every type of service possible and a pre-treatment facility unmatched by any other. The food options are vast and have a fusion of many different cultures. From the rooms, facilities, food, cocktails, service and location, the Viceroy is a tough one to beat. Being just 10-15 min from some of the other best restaurants in Cabo, it makes it one of the best choices one could make in San Jose del Cabo.

This place is excellent. The resort is very clean and scenic with an overall high-end experience. Jesus and Fabian were fantastic at the beach pool area and the food was extremely high quality and tasty. The manager for Cielo Mar and The beach Pool was the same person and he was also extremely friendly and professional. This place was magical and made my wife and I feel relaxed and extremely comfortable. We will definitely be coming back here again.

This hotel is a stunning design that completely lives up to all the pictures on line. There is nothing else like it in this area. The outdoor areas are beautiful and the main pool is a swimmers delight. The rooms are attractive and extremely comfortable and the balcony area of the full ocean view rooms is the perfect place to breakfast, lounge and whale watch.
