We just returned, they charged us roughly $18.00 per night after paying over $300.00 for the exchange. They claim it is a law. That's BS, first time we have paid it. I would skip the presentation, not worth ir-we fought tooth and nail to get what they promised for going. Staff other than sales are the best I have experienced. Save the presentation time for another resort, if you're interested in buying, their business model is flawed. Check out the Cabo Azul-next door to The Mayan.
