Excellent resort for adults wanting to relax. The food had numerous choices with excellent service especially Saul at El Patio. The entertainment team goes all out to keep everyone entertained by activities at the pool as well as outside of the resort. We did a great bike tour with Christopher which showed us the Marina in San Jose del Cabo, aqua cycling with Sexy Charlie and putt putt golf as well as Casino night. Lucas from the entertainment team really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He remembers everyone’s names and makes you laugh so much. Overall such a great vacation and highly recommend.

Very nice resort. Food was excellent, and service was outstanding. A big thank you to Abelardo (Chucky!) at the pool, who went above and beyond for us all week, and whose enthusiasm for his job was completely contagious. We kept coming back to the same pool loungers everyday just so we could hang out with Abelardo. He was our favourite part of the trip. We were also impressed by the level of service provided at each of the restaurants. Christian at the El Patio restaurant was so pleasant and worked very hard to make sure we had a great dinner. We also appreciated Bryan and Erubiel at the Trattoria restaurant, Angel at Portofino, and Manuel at Himitsu.

Chris and Ivan and Alisia rock. I am amazed by how absolutely incredible and high energy the staff at this resort are. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience for my wife and I. This was truly worth the money.

Christopher, Ivan and Alicia are so great with the entertainment. They have sure you have fun all day and are never bored. The bike ride and volleyball games are so fun, they have so much energy and it’s contagious!

Beautiful resort! We had an ocean front king suite that had a fantastic view of the ocean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We used mainly the Preferred Club pool because it was a lot quieter. Service from Christian and Antonio were impeccable. Carlos the Concierge in Bldg 8 was beyond helpful. Kevin from the Market buffet was delightful. Our UVC reps, Ashley and Xavier were there to answer any questions and help whenever they could. Our room, while we had some issues at first, was very nice tho a bit dated but the view made up for any deficit. The resort seems large at first but everything is in the middle and easily accessible. We had great service from the Spa. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful views, nice rooms, and excellent service! Christian, Chuckie, Jorge, Salomon, Larena were the best! We look forward to coming back again next year. The weather in Cabo is pretty dependable even in March - lots of sunshine and low humidity. Just a great vacation reconnecting with friends.

Fantastic vacation. Great food quality & variety plus many gluten friendly options! Beautiful room with excellent service. Excellent efficient friendly bar service Clean rooms with comfortable bed, large 2 person shower and jetted tub. Pool was warm and clean and well maintained. All staff everywhere was very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make our vacation great. The beach was very nice for relaxing or walking, without being harassed by vendors. Just no swimming available directly outside the resort as the undertow is dangerous. Gym equipment was of high quality and clean. Amazing ent staff: Lorena,Cristopher,Alicia,Charlie, David all WOW! Great service from a tire staff. Poolside service from Salomon was outstanding. Lots of activities to enjoy, or just hang at pool. Food is very good for all inclusive. We were Preferred Club, so drinks were great too. We brought friends from Ohio that have never visited Cabo. They had a great time and we are already planning for next year. Golf is pricey, but the course is amazing. Cabo Sailing for private whale watching was great. Javier and Oscar took great care of us and we saw a bunch of whales.

The hotel is amazing and beautiful. You have incredible views of the sea. Breakfast food is very good and abundant. Our vacations were incredible. The things that were not that espectacular were: the waiting time for some of the restaurants were too long specially for the Mexican one and the Asian. I noticed that there were spaces available but they did not assign people. La Trattoria is the weakest of all the restaurants. But is compensated with the attention and the singer. Something I will complain about is the wine selection. For the all included guest they gave us Chilean wine instead of Mexican and they are not that good. We didn’t regret this trip. Money well spent and we will be back.
