As a global citizen, my family and I travelled around the world for the last 20 years! In that capacity, we have seen many hotels and resorts! Sometimes good and other times bad! This time around, we have been blessed with another great experience at the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort! This was our 4th time over the last 5 years and again the property and especially the staff has amazed us again! Since the last time, the management has expanded the resort with beautiful new beach cabanas and swimming pools! In this Covid period, the hygiene and access to sanitizers was perfect! Never felt unsafe. My biggest shout out goes to the local staff! From the room cleaners to the kitchen staff, the waiters in the restaurants to the beach servers - all of them did an EXCEPTIONAL job to make us feel like VIP's! Their every day friendly greetings, speedy service and excellent explanations on anything we asked for is unbelievable. I am not saying this lightly but this resort is one of the best relaxing friendly and top notch hotel we visited! Also a BIG shoot out to EDUARDO - Our beach/dinner server that we have the privilege to know since our first time we arrived! He is an amazing young man/father that makes you feel like family to you! He goes beyond his normal duties and gives you and your family a customer experience that is amazing! Don't have his last name but I am sure the Hilton Management knows who i refer to! THANK YOU Eduardo!! And thank you the whole Hilton Staff!!!! We will back!

From the moment you exit your vehicle you are met by the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. I travel here for business and was treated like a millionaire world traveler. I can not say enough about the breakfast service. The morning staff is absolutely the most professional group of food service staff I have seen. I was greeted warmly each and every morning. What's important to me is the fact that they took the time to learn my name... AND REMEMBERED IT !!! I am looking forward to my return business trips.

Just back from another stay at this fine property. Definitely one of my favorite locations for many reasons with one of the few swimmable beaches in Cabo. The layout of this place is awesome, multiple pools without a crowded feel, and a fantastic family setting OR not too. (The west pool is adults only and the east pool has a kid area and splash pad) The beach is excellent as well, with its own bar. Multiple eating options on site with good fare and tasty drinks, at a severe price. On-site COVID testing for $30 (I asked the FD that was administering the test and they’d not seen a single positive result since the January 26 start) The disappointment comes with the cost of food & beverages, as well as the Sundries shop. Like the tread has been for the last 5 years in Cabo, prices have become very American resort- $14 for a box of triscits? $4 candy bars? 4oz Perrier $4? Sunlotion $30! Really? The cigar case will require a mortgage. I get that there are “resort” costs for convenience but this property is totally out of control, ESPECIALLY for Mexico. Pools side bar things get much worse; Club soda $5, Pacifico $7, Margarita $14, order of 3 tacos, $14-lunch for two was $100! These are NYC/SFO city prices, and any illusions that staying at this Hilton is affordable are lunacy. The JW tried this, and have relented on price gouging, I hope ownership suffers enough to realize this isn’t the FourSeasons or the Ritz, or at least change the name to match the level of expense and perceived luxury. The property is beautiful, but it’s no where near the quality of the aforementioned brands, only the price. Almost forgot, the $90 per night additional fees and taxes on top of the room rate, some of which is VAT which increase proportionally with the room rate. WOW! Plan on paying for this trip for years. The worst part of what WE are causing is the disparity between what we spend and what the staff are paid. I can guarantee not a one of them could afford anything on this property, yet WE drop more what management is charging for one drink than they likely make in an hour. Appalling—hit the grocery store to know what things actually cost for locals in Mexico to know what a racket these people are running. 😡 One and done for me.

Recently stayed at this hotel close to the resort we rented becuase of the proximity. Diamond member status treated like a pedestrian off the street. Given the furthest room from the ocean view fell in their bathroom and had to pay for my own transportation to the hospital. Asked to pay for the Doctor who was on staff at the hotel more than once to see me. The hotel asked the hospital to add the Dr. fee to my bill even after we refused to pay.
