This resort blew our minds. Can't say enough good things... - Great Airport pickup and return. Thx Berto & Mauricio - You walk in to this spectacular lobby with vistas out to the pool and ocean - resort was immaculate and it was obvious that cleaning/sanitizing was always a priority - The resort staff was 100% committed to COVID safety, like wearing masks at all times. (Guests are required to wear masks, except for eating at restos, pool-side and in the spa) - Met our amazing team of butlers for the week - Edwin and Alonso were so thoughtful and incredibly responsive (like less than a minute most times). They took care of everything. Honestly, these two guys made it hard to leave. We got home and we were in Edwin/Alonso withdrawal - Pools are beautiful and clean, cool, but refreshing. Locadio and the other pool staff were attentive and friendly. They were constantly bringing fresh bottled water in bowls of ice. - David, with his pool-side bar-cart was whipping up the most fun drinks you can imagine. My fave was the Garden, but the G&T was excellent, Honey Bee was fun. - Honeymoon suite with ocean view was beautiful, simple (whole resort has a beautiful minimalist feel to it). Super clean, with great in-room ammenities, great balcony with view of the expansive resort and the ocean. - We're picky sleepers and it always takes my wife a couple of days to adjust, but not here - the mattress/pillow setup was really comfortable and she had no issues sleeping (aside from a bit of road noise - see tips below) - Restaurants: could go on about this - looking at our photos, each restaurant was beautiful and made you feel like you were at fine dining. Our favorites were Asia and Mezze. (Lebanese dancing some nights around 7:30). But the food was great everywhere. The affogato coffee at Italia was super fun. Most days, we grabbed breakfast at Ocean (green juice & eggs benny) and lunch (catch of the day or the burger). Pizza also worth mentioning - the pizzas were great, but also loved the chopped salad. Gluten-free options were plentiful. Cafe has amazing croissants and almond croissants - The resort made covid testing a breeze (stepped away from the pool for 15 min for our appointment, results in a couple of hours) - Spa hydrotherapy was awesome! Tips - Hard to get chaises at the infinity pool after 7:30 AM, but worth it to spend the day with that view. - Check-in was a bit awkward - try to invite you to membership class or buy excursions when you just want to unwind and head to the pool. But it was over quick. - We stayed in a honeymoon suite (ocean view) on 8th floor. There was road noise in the room. Staff attentively changed seals on doors within hours but it was still noticeable for a light sleeper, really only in the morning. (heavy sleepers won't notice). If you're a light sleeper, consider a partial-ocean view room on one of the side buildings (still beautiful rooms with great views) - Mezze breakfast is yummy, but only available Sunday and Monday, if I'm not mistaken - it was yummy so take advantage on those days. - There was a special Easter brunch at International, but we didn't clue in until it was too late - the food looked spectacular. Jump on any special event brunch at Intl. - The surf is heavy so the resort does not want you to go in the water in front of the resort (prudent most days), but if you walk 15-20 min in either direction, there are safer spots to swim in the ocean. - We did the beach walk each morning for about 30 min in either direction and it seemed to go on much further so for those who enjoy beach walks, it's in a great location.…
Le Blanc!! Everything is amazing but all my respect to the service! We had a photo session with Andres Sanchez (photographer) Carolina Suarez (lounge manager) and those guys are amazing very professional and down earth. Andrés made us feel very confortable, guide us in the process. I would fly back here just for another experience. Thank you!!!! I am in love with Le Blanc
Best of the Best! Our first visit to LeBlanc Cabo was simply unforgettable. I can’t wait to return. We were there from April 7 to April 13. I believe the resort was about 30 - 40% occupied while we were there. We booked the regular Deluxe Partial Ocean View King room. We were offered an upgrade at check-in for $100 per night and I’m glad we didn’t go for that room. Our room was #205 and it was the perfect room for us. If you are standing on the beach looking back at the resort, room 205 is on the right side, 5 rooms from the end on the 2nd floor. It was close to the pools and the beach and it was only one flight of stairs up or down. So, we didn’t have to wait on an elevator to get to our room. Other guests we met with rooms in the main high rise part of the hotel mentioned a lot of highway noise in their rooms, but we had none of that. The view was not “Partial”, it was fantastic. We could see half way to Hawaii. I will request this room when we go back. The staff at LeBlanc are probably the best we have ever encountered. We are comparing them to multiple stays at Excellence, Secrets, Casa Velas, Unico, the Valentin and several other Palace resorts. The “over the top” performers were: Xavier and Fernando (our super butlers), Juan (waiter at breakfast buffet), Alfonzo (waiter at Italia), David (mixologist at the drink cart), Freddy (at our cabana on Sunday), Sebastian and Manuel (pool services), Alicia (waitress at Fire) and Raul (our transport driver). These 10 employees are some of the best hospitality professionals I have ever had the privilege of meeting. I don’t know who our housekeeping person was, but she kept our room super clean and did a fantastic job as well. The rest of the staff were wonderful, but these were the best of the best. The food and drinks were all top tier. The early room service breakfast on our departure morning was on time and wonderful. The live entertainment each night at Fire was very high quality and entertaining. The DJ type entertainment by the pool was not our cup of tea. We have been to Mexico about 20 -25 times and this is the first place that has had a Churro cart by the pool every day at 4:00. Oh my goodness … those are the best (and freshest) churros this big boy has ever eaten. A super smart and unique feature. All high end resorts should copy this idea. The biggest bonus for us was we lucked into a 30 minute whale show one day right in front of the resort. A mother and her calf did about 20 full breach jumps and many side fin flaps and spout sprays … it was just incredible. We didn’t expect this because our stay was at the tail end of whale season. This is not a cheap place to visit, but now that we have been there it was worth every penny. Thank you to LeBlanc management and staff for making our first visit special and memorable.…
This was our 7th stay at Le Blanc. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a complimentary room upgrade. The Italian restaurant is the best of the restaurants. We would like to see the menus change a bit as they almost all look identical to past experiences. I’d like to see a Mediterranean option as part of the restaurant experience. Do you have any food allergies? This was literally asked every single meal, 15x over our 5 night stay. I don’t understand why they don’t make a note on your account, nothing big but It gets annoying after the 15th time. We spent our days on the 3rd floor pool area. Great views, more relaxed atmosphere then down below. Service could have been a bit better on this deck as I found the need to always flag someone down for help. We were interested in becoming a member and decided to listen to presentation options. After 2 hours, we were all a bit frustrated. My wife and I decided there wasn’t enough value in what they were offering. Honestly, I think the whole program needs an overhaul and the presentation needs to be more clear and concise. The rooms need ceiling fans, as the rooms get stuffy. Le Blanc has become “old faithful” for us. We always know exactly what we’re going to get. Tons of value, great service, wonderful hardworking staff, good food. As much as we love Le Blanc Cancun it’s time to try Le Blanc Cabo next! …
We spent 12 days at Le Blanc and can't say enough good things about it. The staff, accommodations, food, service, music and activities were top notch. We enjoyed snorkeling and sunset sail excursions as well as a day trip to Todos Santos with enjoyable stops along the way at a glass blowing factory, a blanket factory and tequila tasting. The drivers and tour guides in every case were very nice, informative and friendly. The vans were comfortable. We also loved the 'Cena Romantica' the romantic dinner which was beautifully prepared and served at a private table right by the beach. The spa is extremely nice, and the hydrotherapy and services were all excellent. The only downside on this resort, if there is one, is that you can't swim in the ocean right at the resort because of the strong currents. However, the beach is beautiful for walking and we saw whales almost every day, and dolphins too, right from the resort. There are two beaches just a short cab ride away that are very nice for swimming and snorkling.…
