The 1 bedroom suites are spacious and the balconies provide a perfect view of the Sea of Cortez and fantastic sunrises. The pool bar makes great Mudslides and Chicken Ceasar Salads! I would recommend this resort to anyone.
From the minute you get into Casa the staff and whole property is amazing Paolo, Noel Elmar Rani Are Rockstars, thank you ! I have business in Cabo & property for over 18 years so trust me when I tell you highly recommend it
Room was really nice. Full kitchen. My girlfriend loved the tub. Two balconies with great views of the arch. Very large pool with a swim up bar. Beach was great. Plenty of chairs and the staff is super helpful with getting you an umbrella. Full drink service on the beach and at the pool. Hotel is directly next to the mango deck and the office.
Fidencio and crew on the beach second to none for service and courtesy. Entire stay at Casa Dorado beat all expectations. Location can’t be beat. Everyone was incredibly helpful. Covid safety was superb. From reservations with Mariam to Luis -king of the beach- couldn’t ask for any more. One bedroom suite is huge and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.
We have stayed here several times in the past few years. Each stay has progressively become more and more disappointing. We selected this property due to the central location to the marina, downtown, snorkeling AND their service. We stay in suites- always given a low floor that is noisy with maid carts, neighbors and the thin ceilings and walls. Our recent stay in February 2021 was still during the pandemic and not booked to capacity- we were given a low floor right next to a neighbor who had a large dog that barked regularly at all hours. Upon checking out, I told "Claudia" that the room was very noisy EVERY day (it seemed that the people directly above us dragged their furniture repeatedly beginning at 8am), the maid carts are all squeaky and could be heard multiple times per day and the nextdoor neighbor's LARGE dog not only barked regularly but ran into our room one day when our patio door was open! Claudia confirmed the property is now pet friendly, showed zero concern and said she would type notes in the reservation. When the hotel is not booked at capacity, why would they not space some patrons out? All of this could have been avoided. The service is ok- friendly, sanitary, but not great as it used to be (ie: Claudia). The property is aging and shows it. For properties of this caliber and price point, the grounds and service are lacking. Upon check out, they insisted someone check the mini bar first to see if the $4 coffee pack was used. They only restocked bottled water twice during the week, but also needed to check that. Our last stay in September 2020 was similar- not booked to capacity (maybe 30%), but we had neighbors on all sides, noisy low floor and a less than satisfying experience at check in and check out - our room is never ready, even though they booked to 30% or 50% capacity. This time, they asked us to wait 30 minutes for our room- it was ready around 4pm. We have booked our next trip- and we are NOT staying here.…
