Playa Grande Resort & Grand Spa was an excellent place to spend a memorable Christmas vacation with our family. The safeness of the environment, security, amenities, choices of food and beverages, entertainment, activities, staff who are professional, kind, helpful and so friendly, and lots of fun in the sun with swimming pools, tanning areas, on-beach volleyball, and more! Suites are luxurious marble floors, slate stone on walls granite kitchen countertops, a deep soaker tub, King size bed in the master suite with multiple murphy beds throughout, and fully furnished balconies with the most beautiful view of the mountains, marina, ocean, and city. If you're looking for a safe, beautiful, and relaxing resort look no further book your travels and stay in Los Cobos, Mexico at the Playa Grande Resort and Grand Spa!! Cabo San Lucas overall is a fabulous place to vacation, relax and unwind. It's a very clean, safe, and glorious city. Highly recommend it for your travel destination 10 of 10. Montanez Family…
This resort is very beautiful and clean. The location is very convenient, The staff were friendly and accommodating. We found the price of food af the resort to be quite high for the area and the quality of the food was average. My husband is blind. We were informed several times that the resort had no issues with us bringing his Guide Dog with him as he is necessary for my husband’s quality of life. We called this resort before we booked, after we booked, and the week of arrival to remind management we were bringing him. At. NO time were we informed there was a FEE for this. We were SHOCKED upon arrival to be charged a “non-refundable” FEE of $215 USD for having him with us. NOT A DEPOSIT. Shame on Playa Grande Resorts for charging their Disabled Guests extra. Guide Dogs are highly trained for 18 months prior to being assigned to a blind person to assist them. They do not cause any damage, nor are they noisy. The practice of financially punishing disabled persons is illegal in the US and Canada and should be in Mexico also. I would not stay in any Playa Grande Resort again because of this discriminatory practice. It soured and colored our entire experience here. …
Jenny is the best. She makes everything so fun and she is just really positive which brings my energy up. I really enjoy playing corn hole and ping-pong with Jenny. Jenny has a fun, positive, and happy energy that makes it so fun.

Jenny is so much fun with the entertainment staff. So much fun by the pool. Also love Mariam on the wait staff. If you are headed here look for both these amazing ladies they won’t disappoint. Love it here!
The check in procedure was very long. We had our rooms booked 9 months in advance but it took them over an hour to find us 2 rooms and then our guests had to move the next day. We also had a ground floor room which smelled of stale smoke and had to get housekeeping in before we could settle into it. Very disappointed with that whole check in procedure!
My therapist was Macrina on January 31, 2023. She gave me the BEST FULL BODY MASSAGE that I ever had! I also had her do Reflexology and it was fabulous. If you can get an appointment with MACRI for a massage, DO IT! I was in ecstasy. So relaxing, so wonderful, I didn’t want it to end. After the massage I enjoyed the salt water infinity pool overlooking the amazing view of the resort. The water was so warm and soothing. I was given a Mimosa while lounging at the pool. The staff was so very helpful and offered assistance whenever needed. I highly recommend the spa. It is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you could want. You are given a huge towel and comfy robe to wear. You will enjoy your time at the spa. I am fortunate to be staying at the Resort and love it here!! …
Beautiful property and location. Very clean and maintained. Activity coordinators Amie and Jenny were very friendly and encouraged guests to participate in the classes that were planned throughout each day. Roberto a long with the others put on a fabulous performance at the Mexican Fiesta held on Monday evening, was so much fun!! One downfall would be that checkin was kind of chaotic as we were told we would have to switch rooms mid week. They were able to show us alternative rooms to choose from but we would have been happier staying in the room we had for the rest of the week. Going to miss watching the sunrise and sunsets from beach front and lounging on the edge of the sand overlooking the water. An added plus was watching the whales flip their tales in and out of the sea… Experience was lovely.…
Try to check in at 4pm on Sat 1/21, however, 4 rooms smelled like dank black mold. Checkin Lady said no one else is complaining therefore you are Loco. I settled for last room on the Ridge. Immediately German, Ivan, Osvaldo, and one other awesome bell man jumped into action. Better than a superhero. They assured we get a clean and made sure we were taken care of. The next morning I made sure their boss Thomas was aware of the special care for me and my family. I can tell they love their jobs because they went above and beyond. To conclude, I'm an owner at Pueblo Bonito Montecristo Sunset at $850.00 a night I have never had this incredible service in Cabo. Year after year these gentleman show the hospitality that you can only experience in Cabo.
