My boyfriend and I just returned from four nights at the Nobu Los Cabos and we can not recommend it enough. I worked with Larissa on the concierge team (amazing!) weeks in advance as we were going for my boyfriend’s birthday. She helped finalize all of our reservations and requests so when we arrived we could truly relax. I will say that although the property is expensive from start to finish, it is worth every penny for what you get. FOOD We ate at every restaurant on the property and not a single one let us down. The service from all employees is truly incredible, all super friendly and helpful. My favorite was Area (the steakhouse). The lamb ravioli was to die for and I really enjoyed the selection of charcuterie. Nobu of course did not disappoint and was to par with all other locations. Room service breakfast was our favorite but Malibu Farm was exceptional too. If you do room service, try the honey toast and surprisingly the yogurt and granola (best one I’ve ever had). ROOM We did the king room with a private pool and used it multiple times a day, I really suggest it. It made our room feel so much bigger like we had our own villa. The ones facing the mountain proved to be ideal for privacy and I actually found the view relaxing, (there are some private pool rooms that face the main pool and those are not private at all.) The bed and bedding were incredible as was the bathroom and soaking tub. The TVs have chrome cast so you can stream content which we really liked. LOCATION This was actually my favorite part of the resort. It is tucked away on the Pacific side of Cabo and a bit of a drive but once you are there you are able to have such serenity and seclusion that it feels like you’re on a private island. We went to the sea side of Cabo for the day to enjoy the beach and were constantly harassed by beach vendors and alike so we couldn’t wait to get back to the Nobu’s exclusiveness. The beach views are still incredible and you can definitely walk on the beach but we spent most of our time at the pool (which has ocean views). There are multiple pool options on the property. We mostly did the main pool and the very oversized jacuzzi at night. The entire property is designed so well that you feel like it’s multiple resorts in one (with different options for everyone). The property has multiple security gates when driving in and we felt insanely safe at all times. SERVICE Probably the most notable thing from our trio was the amazing service. From the bellman, front desk and waiters to the housekeepers, drivers and maintenance workers, every single staff member is polite and friendly. As mentioned in other reviews, the personal concierge was amazing. It was so nice to text them as opposed to constantly calling the front desk with questions. We had Martha and she was great. Always quick to respond to texts and super helpful with anything we needed, which wasn’t much because we had set up everything prior to arriving with Larissa. I have to note that we had arranged multiple car services for outings and all of the drivers we had were exceptional as well. They would wait for us to eat dinner for example and we could text them when we were ready to go. They also had cold drinks in hand which we loved. Lastly, the pool staff are amazing. They come by often enough but not too much and even came around to clean our sunglasses for us. SUMMARY If you’re looking for a place to stay in Cabo for the vacation of your dreams, look no further! Incredible trip. The design of the hotel is absolutely amazing. Highlight of the trip was the poolside DJ- I think his name was Salvo? Amazing music!!!! Great vibes all afternoon. BPM was perfect for poolside cocktails and uptempo, but also relaxing at same time. Dinner at Pacifica and Nobu were both also incredible.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our 7 year wedding anniversary and babymoon. The service and staff were attentive, kind and extremely helpful. My husband twisted his ankle badly the first morning we were here and tore ligaments. As a result, the staff was incredible with helping to arrange a doctor and transportation to the hospital for X-Rays. They looked after our every need and checked-in on us multiple times throughout our stay. Specifically, Stephano, our personal butler, was a quick text away whenever we needed something in the room or had questions about the hotel. He was great! Brian, in the fitness center was also very helpful with the injury and called hotel staff to check on my husband before the doctor could arrive. In addition, the food is incredible at this hotel! Ingredients are fresh and every meal surpassed our expectation. Don't underestimate the Pacific Mexican Restaurant. It has unique and delicious dishes.
