What an amazing experience! 100% top notch service. Everything about this place was perfect...the room, the service, the spa, the food (Anica was out of this world!!!) and a special thanks to Ivan who helped us with our baggage/transportation and lots of answers to our questions...he was the icing on our cake!! The staff was unbelievable and they will be the reason that return. We were hesitant during this unprecedented times but they worked so hard to change that! What a relief to get away and feel safe.

I stayed here this past week Feb.14-20,2021. It was so wonderful! Starting with the greeting by the Bellmen team, to Michelle at the front desk, to Dannia, the concierge, to Martha who worked out all the kinks in the pre Hispanic massage, Hugo, and just the team overall, everything was splendid! It was really hard to leave!! The food was so good and the drinks were always spot on! I would have stayed two weeks but they were fully booked. My room was 31-203- an AMAZING oceanfront room where every day I saw whales and every evening I watched the sunset! Huge thank you to Michelle who helped make that happen!! I also have to give an extra shout out to Dannia! She was EXCELLENT! She went above and beyond to help make my stay unforgettable! She made a professional photoshoot happen with Ilse (who’s fantastic!) She even reached out to make sure I was ok during the week just because. The restaurant staff was top notch! I had an awesome tequila tasting where he brought out more unique tequilas and mezcals for me to taste. It was awesome! My only constructive feedback- Senen at the front desk was seemingly consistently overwhelmed. Maybe he is better off in the back answering calls and not interacting with customers. He was terse, impatient and generally unpleasant. Such a stark contrast from his colleagues. Customer-facing roles are not for everyone. Overall what a wonderful stay!
