In the past we have always visited Hawaii rather than Mexico. Because of Covid and the strict Hawaii regulations we chose to visit Mexico. I don't see us going to Hawaii over Mexico ever again. The experience at Chileno Bay far exceeded any of the resorts we have visited over the years in Hawaii. The room, service, food and setting were unsurpassed. Specifically the service - We have never had attentive service like this before. Carlos, our personal concierge was delightful, helpful and became a big part of our stay and the reason why we will be back. Highly recommend Mexico and I never thought I would pick it over Hawaii, but the overall experience combined with a short flight and no jet lag make it a no brainer.

This hotel is everything that is advertised and more. The resort is impeccably maintained and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The staff also always had their face masks on, there was plenty of hand sanitizer and shoe cleaning stations as well. Likely due to covid, capacity was limited, and therefore it felt very personal and safe from an infection risk. This place is as nice ore nicer than the pictures on the website. I would not want to bring little kids to this location, as my kids want to be in the ocean, and this is not a good beach for smaller kids to play on. The beach next to the property is better, but that would require me to sit on the public beach (which is still very nice) all day and miss out on many of the amenities of this resort.

This place is awesome! The staff will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. They are naturals. They have so many wonderful amenities too, including the pool and access to different water activities. We went kayaking and ended up being surrounded by whales. It was incredible! To make it even better, when we cam back to shore, there was a resort team member there waiting for us on the beach jumping in excitement for us and the amazing experience we just had with the whales. That is genuine service with a smile.

Chileno Bay is one of my favorite resorts in Cabo (I've been to too many to count). The staff is excellent, atmosphere is sophisticated and elegant yet minimal and relaxing. The spa is unparalleled to any I've visited before. I would recommend Chileno to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Chileno Bay Resort is absolutely stunning. From location, to room product to dining. But most of all the service was exceptional. My experience started before arrival with concierge Gerardo Cerbon who was fantastic at coordinating all our request and offering us a truly a five star experience. Lucy and Rene at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Sunny at the fitness center was so motivating every morning during our work-outs. Ernesto and Daniel made our days poolside fantastic and effortless. At Comal, Miguel and Roberto made the best cocktails and had the best tequila suggestions. Consuelo always offered us the best seating and views while Miguel and Monica made us laugh every morning during breakfast. Miguel the Sommelier always had great suggested that paired wonderfully with our dinners. And to all the other team members that made our stay unforgettable, thank you. We will be back to enjoy this resort again. …
