My boyfriend and I stayed at Malin Head View B&B for 2 nights whilst travelling round Donegal. We were the only visitors as we went right at the end of the season in September, but Donald made us feel very welcome and catered for, while still giving us our own space to relax and enjoy our holiday. The room was large and clean, with an en-suite. Location is great as there is a lovely pub/restaurant just 15 min walk down the road (Seaview Tavern) and very easy driving distance to Malin Head and other views/activities around Inishowen.

I had a lovely stay at Elma and Donald’s B&B. It is a clean, comfortable and spacious place to stay. The panoramic views from the breakfast room really set you up for the day. Elma is the ultimate B&B host and has a very high standard of hospitality, be it with food or attending to other needs of the guests such as offering us towels for our beach trip, they were very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in Malin head!

We came to stay for two nights in early August, the first time in Donegal and it was a good experience, This b& b was great the kids loved it there, esp my 4-year-old the rooms are clean and comfy, and all you would need the view from the back of the house is amazing.
The surroundings and location is fantastic and so peaceful.
Elma the host is a lovely lady and always makes sure we have enough toast and coffee in the morning.
I'd recommend eating out at the sea view Traven food is great there and there's a general shop beside it, the place 15 mins walking distance.
You must try the Banbas crown it's the most northern point in Ireland it's lovely up there.

A group of 11 stayed here the night before we started the Malin to Mizen charity cycle. Mary was an absolutely fantastic hostess. She took in 4 bikes for the Cork contingent 3 days in advance. The place was spotlessly clean and the freshly cooked breakfast was beautiful. Mary couldn't possibly have been more helpful, even offering to drive us to the restaurant. When tourists talk about the Irish welcome, it is places like White Strand and families like this family that foster that reputation. This was a wonderful start to a great week.

Don and his wife were amazing hosts! The location is so perfect and lovely. The scenery you get from here is worth a million dollars. Everything was really clean and had everything we needed. The shower was amazing! They have a selection of cereals and coffee in the morning. Super friendly service and will be recommending to everyone we know.

We stayed here on nights 3 and 4 of a 10 night, first time, trip to Ireland (dream trip).

First of all, if you've never been to Malin Head, go! We are so glad we decided to drive a bit out of the way to check out this part of Ireland. Secondly, stay here. Seriously, don't even think twice.

Before we went to Ireland, when I would get a picture in my head of what it was like to stay at a B and B in Ireland, this was it. And, Elma and Donald were the perfect hosts. Prior to this trip, we both had VERY limited international traveling experience and they both made us feel right at home and like the home was ours for those 2 nights.

I have special dietary requirements and they went up and beyond making sure that I had just a good a breakfast as my husband did.

The house and property is beautiful. In addition to our room, there is a large living room and dining room that you can use whenever you'd like. Elma gave us suggestions on where to eat and some interesting spots to go check out, many of which we did not know about from looking online.

The view from our room was amazing and our stay here was a very special time for the two of us on our trip. The only problem is, we've only been home for a few days and are already wondering when we can go back to Malin Head View!

We stayed with Donald and Elma twice inside 2 weeks as we first planned and then undertook our Mailn to Mizen tandem trip. Warm warm welcome, excellent facilities and comfy room with en-suite. Super breakfast followed. Donald kindly dropped us over to the Seaview Tavern which served excellent food: well worth the trip.
WE were able to leave our car at Donald and Elma's during our trip. Nothing was too much bother. Many thanks

We were greeted by Elma and shown our wonderful room with a gorgeous view and felt at home immediately. Elma couldn't have been a more gracious hostess. She recommended dinner accommodations and asked us about our breakfast order and time. The beach a block or so away was beautiful, with and old relic of a church and memorial site. The stone beach and magnificent views were perfect for sunset. The local pub, Farren's was a delight. It is the most Northern Pub in Ireland. The bar keeps and locals entertained us in delightful conversation. Elma provided us with a delicious breakfast and made us feel at home! She "loaned" us pint glasses so we could drink a pint properly in our rooms the remainder of our trip! Everything was immaculate and comfortable. We would never visit Ireland again, without visiting this beautiful Bed and Breakfast and catching up with Elma! What a wonderful place with incredible views and people!

I stayed at this B&B for a week with my family and I can honestly say this was a fantastic location choice. The views were absolutely stunning! Very short walk to the beach and Elma & Donald were so kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this B&B to people of all ages! I will certainly be going back again.

Malin Head is not widely touted on the tourist information circuit, but it is spectacular! The location also made a perfect jumping off point for our tour of the Antrim Coast in Northern Ireland. If we hadn't been told by a friend to stay at the Inishtrahull View B&B with its lovely hosts, Donald and Elma, we would have missed what turns out to be our favorite night in Ireland. The suite we stayed in was beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed, en suite bathroom, and a gorgeous sea view beyond the charming garden terrace outside our window. Breakfast was completely delightful! Elma and Donald made us feel like long-lost family, so welcome and comfortable was our stay. When we return, we'll book a whole week at the Inishtrahull View!
