We travelled with another couple and had rooms 5 & 6, so we were neighbours and shared the deck that runs across these two units. The rooms were clean, spacious, and included a full kitchen in room 6. We loved the area so much, we extended our stay for a few more days. The owners and their son were friendly and very kind. We had the use of park passes to enjoy Cavendish Beach and towels as well. Also, the motel has coin-operated laundry facilities available, which we really appreciated.

We had a wonderful time staying at the cottage for 5 nights in July, 2019. The location is perfect, the cottage was spotlessly clean, and we couldn't get enough of the beautiful view. Oralie and Kale went out of their way to make sure we were settled in quickly, and were great hosts. The only downfall is that we didn't book for longer. :) We will be back, thank you!

The motel matched the pictures accurately and there were no nasty surprises. No water access, but it is not far from restaurants or Cavendish, which was great location-wise. It was really nice to have a kitchenette in the room.

I picked the Sandhill View based on location, housekeeping units, very reasonable price - and the uniformly excellent revues on Trip Advisor. It turned out to be a perfect choice. Close to many features but up on a quiet hill away from the crowded cabins and areas in nearby Cavendish. The kitchen was very well equipped, the dining table in front of the lovely view a highlight, but the best part was the family that runs it - they could not have been more helpful and no request was too much. The units and the grounds are immaculate. Highly recommended.

A great place for a little R&R.
Very clean & tidy. Friendly owners. Not our first time and would definitely return. Kitchenette is very handy an long with the bar-b-q on the deck. Nice horse in the pasture next door.

This family run motel was exceptional. Lots of little touches that were key. Wine glasses and wine cork opener, passes to provincial park, very clean, beach towels and lovely views. When we first arrived we were offered to view the rooms by an exceptional young man that was indicative of our visit.
