Great scenic outside close to the slopes and nice common areas including balcony's but basic old style clean small rooms and old and tired bathrooms with plenty of hooks. But warm and quiet with great friendly staff and plenty of stuffed animals.

This is a great place to overnight one night if you need to stay in this town. It is clean and very basic (no frills) a motel style feeling. I am not sure this town/hotel comes alive in the same way it would in winter (nothing much to do just a stop over town in summer).

This option is fair accommodation in Dombas for summer. It caters mainly for skiing in winter. We stayed in the cabins and they are cosy and neat. It's good value for money and I can recommend it. Try the cabins furthest away from the main setup. They have a fair view and are quiet

We booked a cabin for a night. They forgot to tell us that they were throwing a party for the village's youth. At midnight we called to ask when the party was going to end, and also that we have children that couldn't go to sleep. The receptionist told me the party will last till 2 am AND HUNG UP...

When we arrived. There were 2 Trolls welcoming for arrival. Then when we walked into the reception another big Troll was on top of us. I was thinking, when an earth this place was. Yet, that was the hostel Trolltun Gjestegård, which we booked and stayed for 2 nights. The lady in reception was very nice and friendly and helpful....

Stayed here with a friend for a few days in May 2014 and was not disappointed. All the staff were really nice and friendly with a family feel to it, they even offered to give us a lift to our train station when we left. The rooms were nice and cosy with a spacious common room area to sit and...

Great budget Norwegian hotel which actually met our budget! Simple Norwegian style, excellent good sized room, nice dining room and lovely sitting area. Friendly helpful staff. Evening meal was well presented and very tasty (and plenty of it!) and good Norwegian style breakfast. Very convenient for cross country ski tracks and right at the bottom of the lift that provided...

We stayed in a cabin next to the mountain. The cabins are situated great with nice view, sunny area and small terrace. Little cabin, more a mobile home to be honest. Because of the location we enjoyed it anyway. Dombas a nice little town, head down to the river and go out for a swim. The cabin, nothing special, service...

We reserved it via Fjordpass website. This is small place in a small town with a family atmosphere. They Get us warmly ask us if we need diner. They made us food exactly what we asked at a reasonable price. Room was basic and cleaned. Breakfast was likely. Solomon was served in buffet.

Stayed in one of the lodges in the hotel grounds. We were there for two weeks in December 12. The lodges are clean but basic, the lodges next to the down hill slope are the best. They are basic but are bigger and have a fire place. The hotel rooms are comfortable, there is also a sauna in the hotel that...
