We booked for one night. We arrived ten minutes before genius time agreed. As hotel was empty we were able to look around and decided straightaway that standards fell very short of what we expected from booking.com. We are a mature couple who enjoy our comforts and are always pleasant and not overtly difficult to please. This hotel is more suited to...

We had the family room with en suite bathroom and separate bedroom with bunk beds. The hotel itself is in a very quiet location and is conveniently located to explore East Devon. The double bed is extremely comfortable and we both slept really well. The breakfast was fantastic and quantity was as big as you wanted it to be. The...

I can't actually review the property as we were unable to stay there unfortunately, but I would like to thank the owners for their helpfulness. The day before our stay they rang us and told us that they had had a leak in our room, and it was not going to be habitable in time. They offered to open up...

We stayed here for one night whilst traveling. On arrival the outside area especially the car park is very overgrown and needs a bit of tlc, but there are plenty of spaces and you'll always get parked. Inside the hotel is very clean bit a little dated. The rooms are nice but the bathroom was very dated and tatty. That...

Stayed here for two nights so we could walk part of the coastal path. The hotel is about a mile from the main road in a secluded location. First impressions were a bit off-putting as the grounds appeared untidy and unkempt - in fact, as there were no other cars in the car park, we wondered if it was closed...

Homely Hotel and friendly welcoming owners, stayed alone but my room was perfect for a young family with two bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and a good size master with TV and Tea/coffee facilities, bathroom was a good size too with bath and shower. Room was very clean and comfortable. Stayed during a heat wave so enjoyed a nice cold...

Stayed here for one night at the end of February when we came down to run The Grizzly. Had a twin room option (1x double + 1x twin bunk). Main room had TV and kettle, and second room just the beds, cot and a side unit. Bathroom was spacious with a decent shower. Situated about 1mile from the main road...

My girlfriend and I recently stayed here, we are a non - pretentious young couple who both love life out of the city and love to get away. We stayed at Keystone for 3 nights and explored this wonderful coastline that's on the doorstep. Branscombe is a beautiful little place, We choose this area and hotel knowing it would be...
