In summary, we had a very nice stay and the hotel kept it’s promises. The good first. The hotel was as pictured, modern interior, designer furniture, freshly renovated. We had the Junior Suite, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The room had a direct view to the sea, the garden and no adjoining neighbors. The air-conditioned room and the respective terrace were very spacious. The bathroom with shower and bathtub was modern. The pool and rooms where clean, the breakfast buffet was solid. The staff was friendly and courteous from the waiter up to the receptionist. What we did not like so much is the location of the hotel. The constant passing of planes and ships was rather annoying. In the bathroom we would have liked a window. The parking spots are very narrow and in the bathroom the fittings were wobbly here and there. The majority of the guests were German or Swiss (less international). If you like a snack off the usual hours you have to drive to the next town as the kitchen is closed. Even if it is a little expensive, we would absolutely recommend the Junior Suite, it offers the best view. A car is a must as the next village is quite fare away.…
We have spent 2 holidays in this place and booked already a 3rd one. The hotel is super nice, rooms are modern, clean and large, the service is fantastic! The first year, we have been with 2 babies under 2 and they have addapted to all our requests in terms of food schedule (even outside of their regular kitchen timetable), delivery in the room, etc. The food is great and very generous, the beach is gorgeous and the sea is very clean and transparent. The people are very nice and always with a large smile on their faces. We really love this place and hope to be able to return this summer!
This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful (charged our mobiles and I pads every day - with a smile - as we had forgotten our adaptor). The 4 course evening meals were delicious with plenty of choice. The chef was happy to give me a choice of alternative appetisers when I could not eat either of the 2 choices on the menu one evening. The pool was beautiful and clean with a smiling salvattagio on duty all day. The beach was sandy and clean. There was plenty of sun beds at both the pool and the beach. We got lovely clean large towels every day (beach/pool and bedroom). The only niggle I would have is the size of our balcony- you could just fit 2 chairs and a small table - with no room in between so it was a bit squashed.
Beautiful and clean hotel located by the beach 10 min from a small town and 20 min from Olbia. Great arrival with a free upgrade. Rooms are large, clean, modern and well equipped except that there are no coffee machine nor wine. The property’s amenities including the gym, pool, lounges and private beach are extremely well maintained. Parking is very convenient too. The main issue was around service: first, hard to be served in English, no room service available, no coffee machine in room or coffee available in the hotel before breakfast starts at 8 am. Also, restaurant hours are very limited so if you want to snack or have something off restaurants times, it is difficult. Finally, we had to leave 1 day earlier and the hotel wouldnt waive our last night charges. I dont think I would go back as there are so many beautiful places in Sardinia but if the downsides dont bother you, I suggest it. …
This time round we did not stay overnight here, rather asked rather cheekily if we could spend the afternoon as day guests on our last day, as our flight was only in the late evening and we had to check out of our hotel on the East coast - well, what a surprise, not: Of course they agreed - and we could use the pool towels, spa area and private beach - at no additional cost!!!! Just have to give it them: Crème de la Crème! Why this hotel is still not a ***** hotel is beyond me - no words!!!!!!!!!!!
