Beautifully appointed B&B that indulges its guest with the high end sheets, a bed that I longed to climb I to at the end of a busy day and an amazing breakfast that sustained us in time. Our room was gorgeous, the terrace and rooftop afford beautiful views. Antoinette's taste is impeccable and every piece that is displayed is until...

This place is perfect in every way: quaint, clean, very comfortable room, yummy breakfast, extremely friendly owner. It's like staying at a friend's house. You can call the US free of charge from the room. There's Apple TV with really easy to use instructions. Free wi-fi. Even a list of nice restaurants to try in the city and a little...

From the amazingly beautiful room to the unbelievable building to the gardens to the terrace that looked out over the city to the hearty breakfasts, there is nothing to say but "bravo"!!!!! We could go back any day, in a heartbeat, if for nothing but to experience the beauty of this B&B all over again!!!! This should be your only...

It's a great place to stay- after a warm welcom from Antonieta, the owner, you enjoy one of the nice rooms, every one is a bit different. It's clean and quiet. There is a little courtyard with Colibris and a little fontain, and the view from the roof terrace is gorgeous, you see all San Miguel. The breakfast is very...

I am living and working in San Miguel, but the place I am staying at is too small for when my wife visits. She came down for a weekend and booked at Antigua Capilla. The house is a nice combination of traditional Mexican decor, open plan with a large patio (think riad) with modern conveniences (hot water, Apple TV) and...

We have been to SMA several times and notice the changes every-time we visit. We have stayed at different lodging previously, but Capilla was by far the most beautiful property of them all. As hard as you look, it is hard to find any flaws with this property. It is clean, comfortable, colorful and perfect in every way! Francisco and...

This was our first trip to San Miguel. The hosts and staff at Antigua Capilla helped to make our trip memorable. Antonieta and Francisco take care of all the details so their guests can relax. Wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks are available; this is terrific because you will want to take some wine up to the roof top terrace...

Beautiful House The Antigua Capilla house was built to establish a B&B and hence much care and attention went into the design and fittings of the property. Our room (Mata Ortiz, #1) is huge and very quiet. The bathroom is massive. We slept on a top quality mattress with very fine cotton bedding. Everything is immaculately clean and tidy. The...

This is a superior B&B. It's hard to decide what made it so special: The rooftop terrace for an encompassing view of San Miguel? The owner who treats you as a dear friend who answers every need? The magnificently appointed decor where each piece is hand chosen by owner Antonietta in her travels through Mexico? The way the architecture works...
