The property here is a bit mixed. The rooms were comfortable without being fancy. We arrived really early but he was able to get us one room to move into and quickly cleaned up a second. There are more televisions and sinks in this building than you can imagine. However Manoj and his wife were just lovely and could not have been more helpful including going off early on his motorbike on a Sunday morning to find us a tuk tuk to the station. Breakfast was adequate and when one of our party said that she had a particular liking for papaya Manoj went off the the market and had one for our breakfast. The house is fairly central but you do need to navigate some roads to find anywhere to eat in the evening.

Note sure why this is so popular. Manoj and his wife were very friendly but quite a few things to improve - The Homestay & spa are completely separate. A 10% discount as guest did not benefit us as the cost of the room was so high. - The homestay I'm guessing gets a lot of business just because of the highly rated spa, (which is why we booked) but it shouldn't. - Room was overcharged - price should be lower for what you get (worth 1,300 for a/c room p/n rather than 2,400 we paid) - don't book online & negotiate for best rates - offer of cold drink on arrival - rooms were dated needed maintenance (hence why over 1,300 was overpriced) - breakfast could have had a bit more variety; juice, bananas for example - genuine friendliness rather than business friendliness was missing from Manoj, but his wife Madhu had this charm. - 2nd least favourite of our stays

Manoj and his wife are so lovely, kind and accommodating and very helpful in organising activities. The Homestay is in a great location but quiet street - perfect! Don’t miss out on a massage treatment with Manoj, you will not regret it. I have no hesitation in recommending this Homestay.

Manoj and his wife are fantastic hosts and lovely people. Great homestay in great location but quiet area. Very accommodating and helpful. Manoj is a wizard at massage and I recommend you book with him, you’ll want to go back for more. Don’t hesitate to stay here, highly recommended.
