We are just a few blocks from the action in Tulum Town, and just a 10min drive from the beach. Our world famous swimming pool will blow you away. You won't believe we even exist. The hotel is a clean and beautifully designed property. The service is perfect and the team is helpful and warm. The only consideration is the location is not exactly in the center or by the beach, but bikes, mopeds, cars and taxi can take you anywhere you want for an affordable price. Don't think twice, book Tiki Tiki Tulum!

Perfection
Spent a week here over Christmas with my wife and sister. A real little gem. First, the staff were extremely friendly, full of great advice and very fun to hang out with over drinks in the bar lobby which is an extremely comfortable, pleasing space to spend an hour with a book. The design of the hotel is impeccable right down to the terrazzo, tiles, and use of tropical hardwood. Kind of a nice antidote to the charming but ubiquitous "tree fort" aesthetic of so much of Tulum. Great modernist inspired design. It is in town allowing good access to restaurants and some respite from the very crowded beach side hotel strip. Highly recommend.

Great design, friendly staff
Hotel Tiki Tiki is probably the cutest, most well designed hotel I've stayed at. The additional chairs, hammocks and decor in the rooms is inviting and comforting. I appreciated the welcome drink, and the cocktail I ordered was probably the best I had in Tulum. I stayed in a first floor garden suite, and the room layout is a little weird (with the main closet located behind the bathroom door) but nothing too critical. The large soaking tub is quite the indulgence, but plan ahead, it takes quite a while to fill up. Overall the stay was good, but I would definitely rent a car next time. I made my reservation after I'd settled on a non-car trip, but the hotel is a little out of town. Taxi's were easy to call and cheap, even only about $10 to head all the way to the beach. Bike rental on site is convenient, but not free. If you're planning to do a fair bit of biking, I'd go into town as the bikes at the hotel were a little worse for the wear. With these caveats, I'd definitely recommend to a friend or stay again.…

Gorgeous, stylish and perfect
Beautiful welcome, room was so spacious and loved the bar and vibe. The pool was so relaxing and the yummy breakfast! Muchas Gracias! Trip advisor app obliges you to put minimum of 200 words in here which i believe is not necessary as the place and stay was amazing!

I know this has been asked twice before but it hasn't really gotten any answers so I'm hoping the management will answer. I'm wondering what is the beach club affiliated with the hotel?
We have special agreements with a few hotels on the beach where you can enjoy a discount on their restaurant and bar. But you can actually go to almost any hotel on the beach to spend the day there, they are all very open, they only require visitors to eat or drink. Lounge chairs are obviously available with priority to their clients, but usually is not a problem.

Hi! Love the look of the pool. It looks very shallow though. How deep is it? Can you stand in it and swim underwater or is it more for sitting / plunging? Thanks in advance!
Hi Hind I, the pool is 1.40m deep on the deep side and 60cm deep on the shallow part. Yes you can swim underwater.
