Peaceful and tranquil -- a true slice of heaven. The rooms are comfortable and make you feel part of the environment. The beach is wonderful, and it's a stone's throw from the ancient Mayan ruins. We constantly overheard guests saying that they never wanted to leave, and neither did we. We already cannot wait to return.
This little hotel is amazing, The staff (especially the concierges Antonio and Jamie), were all amazing, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had wonderful suggestions for site-seeing, tours, restaurants, etc and helped setup tours and rentals for us, which was so great! Every room is a little hut just steps from the beach. We spent time at another beach club down in the hotel area, but I have to say this hotel beach club and beach in front of the hotel was so much better than another area. Next time I am in Tulum I will be staying here again!
I went with my husband, we were looking for a few days of rest and peace and we found that in Villas Pescadores. We walked to the archeological zone (10 minutes). The food in the restaurant is good (bit expensive).
These remodeled fisherman's cottages give you the comfort and privacy of your own cabana some looking right out on the beach. Great mattresses, nice showers, fresh filtered water in the room. The sea breezes and native landscaping let you feel in your own little tropical hideaway. The beach side grill and the restaurant have great fresh food. Most importantly, the staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and fun. We arranged tours with their help. We especially enjoyed the conversation's with the restaurant staff, sharing humor and bits of our cultures back and forth. We plan to come back.
My husband and I loved our stay. The room and view were terrific, and the staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, they helped us arrange visits to cenotes and biopreserves. We enjoyed the attached restaurant as well.
