Nice folks but cabana room was very hot with only a ceiling fan. Cooled down late at night but unbearable during the day. Door did not latch but had a crude padlock on outside. Did have a refrigerator. Toilets and showers in another building, unisex. Soap but no towels or shampoo. Free wi-fi in lobby area but no power plugs....

Great place to stay! You can choose between a hut and a room with AC. The huts are pretty small but you don't need more then that. The rooms are pretty big with commfertable beds and a regular Beth room. There are 4 shered Beth rooms that are very nice and pretty clean. The stuff was very nice and recommend...

We selected RT because I thought we could get more value for our money in town, not on the beach. but no. we stayed for a night in the room with private bathroom (800 pesos). it was bleak, strange smell, and my partner found hairs and dirt everywhere he looked (I decided not to look). quite noisy from the street,...

New, clean, privately shared tile showers and toilets with HOT water and a big shared kitchen with fridge...a big common area with a library. Great for hanging out during a rain. 2 free computers with WI-FI and cleaning and mopping is everyday. Staff does laundry on...

The rooms and staff were very accomidateing. The night life in tulum is a 10 min walk down the strip if you choose. The common...

Attention the place is not on the sea! Even if it seems a green place directly on the sea it’s a fake garden directly on the main street of Tulum! To go to the marvelous Caribbean beaches you need a car not possible by foot. This is the main regret in choice Rancho Tranquillo, we thought that our stay in...

Was told they'd hold a room with 3 beds w/bath while I drove over from Playa del Carmen in the morning. They didn't. Took the available cement box with thatched roof that looked like a Mexican jail cell. Yes garden was nice. Connected with tour guide for last minute snorkeling, also nice. I figured I wasn't visiting Mexico to look...
