It was really a dream to be in the Hotel Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa. We had a great time all round. We lacked nothing. The hotel area is very clean and carefully thought out. There is a lot of variety in the area of activities, evening entertainment, food. There is something for everyone. The beach is great. Our 6 year old daughter had a lot of fun in the Explorers Kids Club. She was cared for lovingly and safely there. There was always a lot to experience and variety here. The outside of the hotel is really unbeatable, the rooms could be renovated a bit. The sanitary facilities e.g. Bathtub were unfortunately not very inviting. But these are really only small defects that we noticed. It was a great stay all round and we would visit the Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa again or recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hotel's Favourite
What can I say, this hotel was amazing. Firstly, the reception when we arrived was brilliant - champagne on arrival along with cleaning towelettes. The staff are helpful, polite and nothing ever seems like too much trouble to ask. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and very fresh, something for everyone. Ranging from fresh smoothies to traditional Mexican foods. The fruit was amazing and so fresh. Lunch options included sandwiches (delicious) burgers (etc) and the buffet. The World Cafe (the buffet) was marvellous with a huge range of foods with freshly cooked seafood, meats, pasta bar and so much more. The food was always rotated and never boring or flavourless. The restaurants in the evening could have a longer menu or evening specials to vary the dishes. The evening meals were tasty, our favourite being the seafood grill and the Italian. The entertainment was low key which we liked, we particularly enjoyed the salsa dancing night. Furthermore, the pools were very clean and nice with lots of loungers (clean towels were always available close to the beach and pools). The swim up bar had lots of nice drinks too. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the bathrooms are large. I would 100% recommend Dreams Tulum (we stayed at another hotel in the region and this was outstanding compared to the other one). The beach is lovely and fairly quiet - there is quite a lot of seaweed but they spend hours in the morning clearing it away and it is definitely does not ruin the holiday. There’s many facilities that are great for families too. Everything was amazing and I cannot fault the hotel or the service.

I stayed at Dreams tulum resort with my wife and 2 year old and it was a great experience. The beach is nearby with a beautiful view and the water was great. Beautiful hotel with accommodating staff. The all inclusive deal was economical and satisfying!

If you're looking for a great beach where you can explore tide pools and actually find interesting creatures, or hold up your hand and say "un mad margarita por favor" book your stay at the Dreams Resort and Spa in Tulum Mexico. This is an all-inclusive resort. You will have to keep track of your own caloric intake but you don't need to worry about adding up your food and beverages before check out. From the moment you check in (greeted with champagne or your choice of beverage), to the moment you leave, your time to relax can be uninterrupted except to join a salsa class, yoga on the beach, have a facial or massage, or choice one of the restaurants for your next meal. You are only a short distance from the Tulum Mayan ruins – which you don't want to miss. If you're bringing your children, you'll be in great company as families come here from Mexico, S. America, Europe and Scandinavia. the staff at Dreams are exceptionally helpful and gracious.

From the minute we arrived at the resort, we were treated like royalty. This resort has everything , great location, great service, great amenities, amazing restaurants. We absolutely loved our room, had the best view of the Gulf and every morning we watched the sun rise..Top Liquor is rare at all inclusive resorts, but not at Dreams. We will definitely go back to the affiliated resorts in the future. Special thanks to Guadelupe - preferred guests beach area services- she made our stay extra special.
