Absolutely beautiful grounds and a sizeable and private room with a nice balcony. The room was well-designed, cozy, and authentic with all-wooden local construction and nice details. Really felt like you were in your own private beach cabin. The only reason it's not 5 stars was the restaurant, which was a little overpriced and the staff were not the most... More

Nice hotel very close to the beach. It is an ecologico hotel so there are no plugs in the room to charge you phones for example (you can charge them in the reception), the water in the shower is salty, no air conditioner ( not hat you need it since the sea breeze is amazing) and there is no minibar.... The cabins are simple but clean, the bathrooms are nice and spacious too. Also amazing to step out onto the incredible beach in the morning. Wifi in the cabins but no charging facilities as it is an eco lodge. They have hammocks on the decks which are great for an afternoon relax. Only issue is the staff who were not... More

Great location on the beach, peaceful, and beautifully rustic cabanas. Photo perfect and what you expect if you want a simpler, beachfront experience. My only issue was that the lower rooms can get quite hot if there is no cross breeze. There is no A/C and the fans provided do not move any air. Get a beachfront or upstairs unit... More

The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are fine. Be aware that there is no ac and while it's pretty windy, it doesn't all get into the toom. The rooms all have fans, however, so it wasn'/t brutal My only beef (which probably applies to all of the hotels) is that the water is brackish and hence it's hard to... More

This small resort is a wonderful place to stay. The setting is beautiful with around 10 thatch-roofed cabanas that are steps from the ocean, palm trees and palapas to sit under while drinking their excellent margaritas. Our room (cabana #8) was large and fit our family of 6. The staff was friendly and the whole resort was always clean and... More

Perfect location if your idea of vacation is off the beaten path and away from the hustle bustle resort locations. Always an open spot on the beach for you with good food and service. Highly recommended in all regards. If you are used to extravagance and absolute comfort of a 5 star resort, this is not the place for you,... More

We booked tita Tulum last minute as we booked into the cabanas next door and when we arrived we weren't happy with the standard. We were so lucky to have stumbled upon tita Tulum as the cabanas, which are situated directly on the beach, were so lovely! We stayed in cabin 6, which was a upper storey cabana. The cabana... More

Nice rooms, beautiful beach, absolutely no awareness to what travelers need. The room is eco friendly, so they use salt water in the bath and the only electricity plugs are in the lockers in the restaurant near the cabanas. No shampoo in the shower, everything is dark in the night so if you go back from dinner, make sure to... More

Just returned from a week at Tita Tulum, our second time, first since our 6 year old was born. We were taken aback by the amount of development thats occurred in the past 6 years all around Tita, but happily surprised that Tita has stayed just about the same. It's not a fancy resort, offers no morning yoga or seaweed... More
