I had such a great stay at Kore Tulum. The resort itself is beautiful. Two pools to chose from (one with more music and excitement, one more relaxing). The rooms are not outdated, I’m not sure what other reviewers are talking about. The rooms were clean and large. Comfortable beds. The day beds by the water were always available and such a beautiful spot. There is a small access spot for the ocean at the bottom to put your feet in. Or take the bikes 5 minutes down the road to a public beach. We didn’t mind not having the beach access at the hotel, the ocean was filled with seaweed at the other beach anyway. The breakfast and lunch were great. Dinners were sometimes very good and sometimes alright. Themed nights were fun. We took a taxis off the resort for a dinner or two. The drinks alone pay for themselves. The margaritas are some of the best I’ve ever had! The staff gave some of the best service I’ve ever had! They all had a smile on their face, so attentive, and stared to get to know or drink orders and what we liked. Bring tip money, this staff absolutely deserve it. The resort’s security is also very comforting. Had an amazing stay. Thank you KORE Tulum! We will be back.…
This was my first experience with an all inclusive resort and now that I've been so spoiled by the Kore I don't know how I'm ever going to stay in a regular hotel again. The best thing by far was the staff. They were so sweet and polite and helpful. Anything we asked for they brought and with a smile on their face, like hot sauce for the table, drink after drink after drink, dish after dish of food. They even let us practice our Spanish with them. Great people for sure. My room was clean, pillows and bed incredibly soft and comfortable. The food was delicious and they were soooo generous with it. Even AFTER we checked out, they gave us a voucher to eat lunch while we waited for our airport shuttle. I mean come on! That's hospitality!
I've never done all inclusive before. I'm a total foody and picky about what I eat. Didn't need to worry. The food was fresh, diverse and really really good most of the time. The drinks are good too. You can order almost anything from the bar and they don't over alcohol you, but it's not watered down either. The staff are all super nice. I appreciated the events they had to keep us all entertained The rooms were a bit sterile IMO, but clean and well maintained I want to go back again! Thanks Kore, for a wonderful time!
My husband and I had a beautiful dinner set up on the hill of Kore Retreat. Juan Luis Cabrera did an amazing job with decorating by using beautiful lights and heart cut outs. There were also fire torches around, which gave it a classy romantic feel. Our server, Andres Cavich Mosero was so sweet and AMAZING! He made sure my husband and I got what we needed when necessary. Andres was extremely polite and my husband and I are so thankful we had his service today. We love it here!! -Carmen. 01/10/2021
Very simple this is not a 5 star, it’s a 2 at best. Food is inedible, absolutely trash, booze is cheap and bottom shelf, only 1 brand beer served, and they fight you when you order a bottled water, literally argue with you. Outdated resort, service is also subpar at best. You get what you pay for, don’t be fooled by these “paid“ to review 5 star reviews. No beach, pool is cloudy, and NO WiFi anywhere, even lobby WiFi doesn’t work. Pay $18 per day they’ll tell you. Stay elsewhere or stay here and I can say, “you were warned”.
