My husband & I stopped for lunch while hanging out on the beautiful beach. The restaurant sits right on the beach and the veranda and main dining is all sand on floor! Good selection of food, we had pizza. Service & food choice did not disappoint and it was busy! The hotel itself looks fairly clean & cozy with little...

This hotel and restaurant overlooks the most beautiful beach imaginable! We had dinner at La Vita e Bella in the north zone of the Tulum beachfront area. Beautiful seeting on a perfect white sand beach, with wonderful but gentle breakers rolling in. Service was leisurely (!!!) but the kids were happy playingon the beach, so no one minded. Tasty sangria...

This hotel was beautiful. The view from our porch was breathtaking. The room (#36 - lower room in the tower) was a great deal (booked through airbnb), though small, you could roll out of your bed onto the beach into crystal clear blue waters. Rustic with full sized bed (not comfy and very hard), no ac (not needed with ocean...

The location is great, the beach is very nice. Other than that, we wouldn't stay here again. We booked a "junior suite" which was their mid range room. The description was that the room was larger, with a large balcony. A week before arrival, I sent a message to the hotel through Booking.com and asked for an upper floor room...

Decided to try the northern side of the beach out. We first tried playa paraiso but it was very busy, lots of buses seemed to be arriving which we didn't like so we tried out la vita e bella. We arrived via the beach and we were made to feel pretty unwelcome by the staff, saying we need to pay...

My girlfriend and I have been to Tulum 4 times and this is our first to to this restaurant. We ordered the Lobster Pizza and tacos! The view from this place is amazing and it was quite quiet. We went foe valentines day weekend and were expecting places to be crowded, but much to our suprise it was as secluded...

La Vita e Bella is probably pretty basic by the standards of ppl used to staying in large resorts or the 'cooler' eco hotels down the road, but what it lacks in amenities it more than makes up for in location and vibe. We stayed in a beach front, air conditioned cabana. The view from the little porch was awesome...

... for a peaceful relaxing get-a-way. There is no downside to a stay with these folks. The property is perfectly sited among native plants. Our bungalow sat atop a dune on the beach front. The staff was friendly and most helpful. We watched a brief thunderstorm roll through while enjoying a gourmet pizza in the restaurant. An added treat was...

I've been to Tulum a few times and have only stayed at La Vita e Bella. While there may be nicer lodging in Tulum, La Vita e Bella is one of the few that is located on the sandy stretch of the best beach, which is why I return. The room I prefer is actually a bungalow on the beach,...

Beautiful - heaven in fact, inclusive brekkie is awesome and the only one we had with coffee on tap ( free refills) service is impeccable - we had a garden view cabana which in reflection was more private than sea view ones. Short walk to ruins and real easy going feel.loved that there was sand everywhere - no need for...
