The location is really nice at the beach and the stuff gave their best to be friendly. But the rooms are really not clean and without any equipment.. Except light. Power generator next to the bungalow didn't allow sleeping, there was waste from the guests before like empty bottles and used hand soaps. Also the bathroom was not in a... More

Would recommend chilled out vibe cheap as meals and the best pizza I've had in a long time ! Friendly staff and welcoming . Is beach chairs with shade along the ocean don't have to be a guest to enjoy I didn't stay there but I loved it for the day visit ! Better value for your money !!!

See NY Tmes article "Tulum Journal" August 17, 2016 for explanation of what happened to this and 16 other Tulum hotels and other businesses. It's very sad that such a beautiful and gentle place should be destroyed by an inept and corrupt government.

I only used the beach services. The people are really very nice and try to make you happy with anything you ask. I had a guacamole - made when I asked for it, it tasted real good and fresh. Prices are absolutely reasonable. I only had the guacamole and asked them to look after my stuff while I went for... More

I had a bungalow right on the beach which was beautiful. All of the staff were very good and my room was excellent. The food at the restaurant was very good. I was there for seven days and only wish it could have been more. I loved everything about the whole area.

Amazing location, great beach, white sand beach, nice crew and great chef and good food at a fair price.... For sure we will come back for both restaurant food and atmosphere and hotel... It feels you are staying in paradise. We highly recommend fresh sea food and pizza for kids.

The place was apparently under some sort of dispute, resulting that it is now closed. Too bad, it was a great place. It looks like it is being remodeled. One can only hope it will reopen and that it will keep the great concept and quality that was its hallmark.

Nothing like walking in a hotel you booked in 5 months in advance to check in and the Federal Police is evicting everyone. We also had no place to stay and most of hotels were booked for a summit the following day. Terrible! Bad for Trip Advisor and Booking.com because we booked through them and no one let us know!... No real reason given but one night into 3 nights were told we had to leave. Packed up and were refunded 2 nights cash. Poor Staff. There were even removing old deck chairs etc. One of our most weird experiences ever. Staff we fantastic but stressed 🙁

This hotel is perfectly located in the best beach of Tulum. The staff are super friendly and really nice, the food is delicious, the beach is AMAZING and although the rooms are simple - they are prefect. Loved relaxing on our hammock been amazed at the color of the water. Highly recommended but save up - its expensive!
