We thoroughly enjoyed having our own bungalow for privacy. It was nicely appointed with rooftop sunning area. I don’t think I would advise using the private rooftop pool as it had no filter or plumbing for circulation. The food at the bar/ beach area was good. Service is sometimes questionable. It’s best to go to the bar and order. All in all our visit was relaxing and pleasant. They made every effort to make sure we were comfortable.
The prices were high. My food had a piece of shrimp in it and they didn’t offer to change it or a courtesy. It says “no smoking” but people were smoking on the terrace and the smoke hit me since it was windy. It’s right on the beach which is nice, but the beach although like a paradise, the sand on the hotel part was nasty full of cigarette butts.
Tulum was always a dream destination for me, and it did not disappoint!! The hotel is beautifully located right at the beach, with an excellent Japanese restaurant, rooms are comfy and the jungle is all around, a perfect place to unwind and relax. The staff are incredible and very sweet, specially Alain who has been more than helpful to us in our trip, he gave us local places to visit, and cenotes to see & experience. We’ll definitely come back for more!
This jewel is located as close to the beach as possible. You can hear waves and feel the breeze. I had jet lag so watching beatiful sunrise near the Tulum archeological sie was priceless. White, silky sand and comfortable beach facilities. Flattered in every possible datail. Delicious breakfast and tasty, warm banana bread, baked on site. I have problem with booking.com reservation, and it seemed that there is no romm for me, but the hotell staff did everyhing and even more to make my stay possible and comfortable. Room was spacious and view - stunning. Unforgettable stay, will be in my mind for long time.
Had a great time at the hotel. Spend a week there and did a lot in and outside of the hotel. First I was a bit disappointed that AC was from 8pm to 10am but to be fair we were rarely in the room after 8 am. For the Internet freaks, you might want to get a sim if you need 24/7 Internet since the wifi is only available at reception and the restaurant (and it’s not that good). The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was good, we received fruit, yoghurt, coffee and eggs how you liked it. The servers were very nice and hospitable, special thanks to Damian, Moises & Santos. They made our stay even better. Anibal, I think he was the restaurant manager, was also amazing, always running around but making sure everything was up to standards. Music at the restaurant isn’t great, point of improvement.. The beach was obviously my favorite part, they had cool couches and beanbags and the service there was great. Tip: rent a bike (you can do this at the front desk for $250 per bike) and go to the Tulum ruins and cenotes around. You can cycle to the city as well, perfect way of transportation. …
