Highly recommend this place, its good value for money as a traveller. In a perfect location. The room we had was MASSIVE, beds comfy and the aircon was good along with hot shower. Personally we loved 'Antonio' too! On reception he was a lovely guy, very helpful also and understanding of my need to watch a champions league football match...

Stayed here much longer than we planned as really enjoyed the vibe in Tulum. Turned up without having booked a room and got the Coba room for 650MXN a night which we negotiated down for the additional nights. Room was clean and spacious with possibly the biggest flatscreen TV we have ever seen, although we didn’t use it. Only one...

Use to be nice, neat and affordable. Even when it's still the most economic hotel in Tulum, now the service is: none. The room keeps the best mattress (after my own bed) but it's dirty and unattending. Looks they pass or are passing through a remodelation and now the space is shorter and has a wood made stairway in the...

Just spent a week in Tulum at the Chilam Balam. Tulum is a sort of hippy dippy paradise that is changing with the arrival of both expats and gated communities. If you want cheap and cheerful while searching out whatever your possibilities are, this is the place for you. Situated on the main drag, with a common balcony on the...

We went to several hotels and cabanas located on beach and in town. The places on beach were more expensive and several had no electricity after a certain time in evening as the beach was an "eco friendly zone". This hotel was clean. We were accommodated on short notice. Room 22/23 on second floor were better than rooms we stayed...

The place was decently clean. The clerk even agree to watch over out luggage which he put behind the check in desk. By US standards, it is kind of a Plain Jane, really a fine deal down in this area. I would definitely stay agan.
