I really liked this little hotel. The service and personnel were amazing! :) I liked how they have a pool and breakfast in the morning. They also show you the rooms, and answer any questions that you have about the hotel and the area. The personnel also give some great suggestions about what to see and where to go. Some...

2 charming young Italian women run this place. Super friendly and have sweet dogs too! The hotel is new(ish) with modern decor and AMAZING shower by Mexican standarts (i.e water pressure was good and water was hot). Bugs are around in this place but that's Tulum for you. some of the emmeneties could do with looking into ( a little...

We stayed here 5 nights and had a great time. It is a little out of town but we rented a scooter to get around most of the time and even walked back from town once and the walk felt surprisingly short. All the staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful. the prices on the beach are crazy...

Good room. Good shower nice pressure. Very friendly staff, very accommodating. Would stay here again. We thought it was out of the way but the town of tulum is small and it really only took us 10 minutes max to get into town which isn't bad at all!

I stayed here with my husband for 6 days, it was very clean and looked very pleasant. It was a little far out of the way and as we visited over Xmas it was difficult to get hold of bikes so we spent a considerable amount on taxis. The staff always changed at reception but were all very friendly. The...

This was undoubtedly our worst accommodation experience during a recent trip to Mexico. The Hotel Posada Luna is not in fact a hotel, just a number of rooms in a residential condo development that has seen better days. We had real difficulty in finding the place as the only signs we were able to find sent us wandering down dead...

Good day, first I offer an apology if our hotel was not what you expected, but the description of the site is the same as you found, about the location as we noted in the description of the place, is outside the town of tulum, however, there are not 3 or 4 km as mentioned, sorry the inconveniences they had,...

The hotel was clean and mostly quiet but essentially an upmarket hostel. The reception doesn't offer much but they staff are friendly. Breakfast was limited, toast (hot!), cakes, powered juice drink and (sorry) terrible refill coffee. We stayed in room 7 which was clean and bright and the addition of a small tv with sky was nice to blob out...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Base camp for everything you want to experience in a Tulum town boutique hotel and then some. Sounds like paradise to us. Bienvenidos! Located on Tulum town jungle side, minutes away from the action of Tulum beach strip, Luna Llena is less a "hotel," and more a home away from home where contemporary style resonates throughout the property. Set amidst peaceful tropical gardens and an outdoor pool. The breezy, soothing rooms feature private balconies and a contemporary design. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown Tulum, though immerged into the lush vegetation of the Mayan jungle. ... more   less
