This is an exquisite place which is literally sitting on the beach. You walk out of the room walk in the sand and don't wear sandals.....from breakfast to dinner. The hotel is one of the furthest and deepest in between the jungle and the sea. It's remote! There is little to do but chill, enjoy the peaceful setting and listen...

From the outside, it's a really beautiful property. The beach, the little patios and paths and the outdoor cafe (complete with kittens that live in the bushes) are really charming. It has a very ethereal/you're in a far away paradise kind of feel to it. BUT I like a nice bathroom and this is not the place for that. Everything...

Be Tulum is almost too good to be true! Everything about the place is magical. The atmosphere is very hip and boutiquey. The onsite restaurant has delicious healthy food. I highly recommend this place!

My boyfriend and I booked Be Tulum for my 30th birthday getaway after scouring through mixed reviews of many hotels in Tulum. With Be, you truly get what you pay for and more. From the serene surroundings to the clean, comfortable rooms, delicious food and impeccable service all around (including management, front desk, restaurant and beach service, room service, etc.),...

Be Tulum has been on my must see places in Mexico for over a year, so imagine my excitement when I arrived for vacation to celebrate my mother's birthday. That excitement quickly turned into disappointment. From the second we arrived to the property we were treated SO POORLY. As we walked up to the front of the hotel and asked...

We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary at Be Tulum with 20 of our closest friends. I worked closely with Laura their meeting planner who arranged everything for us from group dinners to the main celebration. The food was incredible and the service exceeded our expectations. We had varying experiences with the rooms, from excellent to good. Our group ranged in...

There are plenty of beautiful, luxury hotels to choose from in Tulum that may be a bit cheaper than this one, but none of them compare to the style and service of Be Tulum. There are only about 20 rooms, so the resort feels very exclusive and never really crowded (and they don't allow kids!) Each room has either an...

Atmosphere is amazing however the service does not match the price paid. The staff does not speak English thus it is impossible to communicate with them. It seems they are not very happy to service hotel customers that already paid for their included breakfast. Maybe they do get commission and or tip.. The staff seems completely confused what to do...

There's nothing but great things to say about Be. Its location is nearer to the far end of the beach road. The property is well laid out to provide the ultimate in privacy. The property is sold out and you can't tell -- a good thing. I can't imagine any room being a poor choice. Lots of private outside space....

We quite literally spend somewhere between 25-33% of our lives in hotels. This is our new favourite, & we are already planning how we can get back there. We were initially in room 37 which had amazing "walk-out-the-door onto the sand of the beach" access. Due to some slightly problematic pipes, we were moved on our second day to a...
