So nice to be able to grab a bite to eat and enjoy a coffee before taking on Tulum! Rooms are cool, clean, and comfortable. I, for one, had no issue with noise from road or front desk area...there is a high-power ceiling fan that does a great job at neutralizing the din.

simple Location, but the Rooms are decorated with love, every Room has a different name. The street is a little bit noisy but the price is low and you can spend the money in tours :) We loved it here. The people are really friendly and helpful. For Breakfast you get a Sandwich and a Drink. So if you are...

It's a nice place with friendly staff and okay breakfast. But: in the middle of the biggest crossing in Tulum, it feels like trucks are running through your room. It's also the check-in place for many tour operators, so not a real nice atmosphere in the morning...

Great place to stay with a lot of charm about it! One of our favourites on the trip in a great location and extremely helpful staff. The free bikes are amazingly helpful to get around to the cenotes and ruins which were really nice!! Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Tulum!

Great hospitality, great room, great coffee. All in all excellent value for money. And the fact that they borrow nice bikes to go in the center or to the beach is a real +. I would not hesitate to go back to this place if one day I go back to Tulum. Thanks for all!

Very small hotel with quirky rooms names after people. We stayed in the Hugo Sanchez room. Rooms were very clean although not the most comfortable. The showers were very poor and lacked power. Do make sure you ask for a double bed if you want one as we got given two singles. However, the price we paid for our stay...

Quirky and friendly hotel. Very funky individual rooms but do make sure you ask for a double if needed as we had two twins. The staff are great and very friendly. The manager Marco was very useful and friendly which gives it that extra star. They give you two free bikes to use during your stay which was great for...

My sister and I recently visited this Hotel earlier this month. When we arrived the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Almar made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, we had wifi in our room and air con. Breakfast was provided, delicious baguette's and espresso coffee. Almar & Marco helped us with a tour which...
