The address is difficult to find, specially if you're driving. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's pleasant enough for a short stay. We only spent 1 night and it rained during the night. We left before sunrise and the entrance of the place was very muddy making it difficult to load our rental car. All in all, we...

Myself and my partner absolutely loved this place! Easily the friendliest staff we've come across in our trip through Mexico. They promptly responded to the request I made when booking. When we arrived they gave us the map and all the information we needed for our 3 night stay. They were always around for pleasant, casual conversation and any further...

This was a perfect place to stay to spend a night on the town. It has easy access to the main road, and the hotel staff has a lot of knowledge about the city, so they were extremely helpful when we were deciding where to go. The cabanas were bigger than we had expected, and were very clean!

We landed here after a long drive from Chichen Itza to be politely told that children below 15 were not allowed(missed the fine print in there not so clear site). We had two rooms booked We had a year old child with us so we were told Ta Ta. No refund they said, but grudgingly they returned about 50% on their own...

We stayed in Secret Garden Hotel in Tulum for two nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. Joshua could not be more helpful. He even paid our taxi fare one evening as the driver did not have the correct change for us! The hotel is really clean and very comfortable. Breakfast facilities are perfect and the wifi is...

Loved staying in town and Paula had great pointers for eating in town and exploring the area. We rented bikes for 80 pesos/24 hours and went to the Tulum ruins, gran cenote (if you don't mind biking near cars) and down to the beach. Absolutely gorgeous town and I can't wait to go back!!

My 7 night stay at Secret Garden was wonderful. The staff and owner were hospitable and accomodating. The hotel had been highly recommended by a close friend of mine who visits yearly. The room was clean, comfortable and the garden area was tranquil and beautifully kept. I found the location to be very convienant and just a couple of blocks...

Forgive me, Joshua, for this review is long overdue! I have been your guest 5 times, since 2010. I love your hotel and the love and attention you and your staff (especially Maura) put into the property and into the service you provide your guests. I have stayed in 2 different rooms as well as one of your bungalows and...

This is a budget hotel, but still a little pricy for what you got. The garden is very nice, and the people who work there are going above and beyond. For some reason I assumed that there was a pool, so that was my first disappointment. When you not in a resort at the beach Tulum is not as developed,...
