We had a very nice stay and thought it was good value for the money in Tulum. We were in one of the two rooms on the second floor along the road. We loved the balcony and thought the loft above us was neat, although we didn’t use it. The wifi was nice and strong in our room. The breakfast...

I am travelling a lot and stayed in so many different hotels, but the room in L'hotelito was the worst. The room itself was dark without a proper window and lighting with an awful smell in the WC. But the worst thing was the lack of any sound proofing. We were given a room facing the main street with night...

We looked forward to our stay at this place because we had seen some goods reviews about it. Our two first nights in Tulum we stayed in another hotel and went by L'hotelito to book a room. They didn't had available rooms before the day after and we agreed with the lady in reception that we would book it. She...

Next to a nightclub that plays full volume dance music into the open air until 3am. When that one finally stops, you can hear the music from the one the other side, which finally closes at 5am. The music was so loud in our first floor room, that at 3am I had to shout at my husband in the next...

Great little hotel in the middle of Tulum. We stayed here for one night as a group of friends travelling across Mexico. Air conditioning worked well and shower had a good power behind it. Breakfast was provided in the morning and it consisted of tea/coffee, juice, toast and fruit. Very basic but great value for money. The location was close...

We were very happy to finish up or vacation here. The included breakfast is a fine addition to what already would be a good value. The hotel is near everything you'll want to do. To get to the ruins and beach, look for the buses, its cheaper. The hotel has a nice garden and hamacas. Sometimes the music on the...

Staying at l'Hotelito was great, we had a car so we could easily drive to the beach during the day, return to our hotel in the afternoon and explore the town of Tulum at night. We had stayed for one night in a hotel that was directly on the beach (cabana style) and we thought it was overpriced for what...

I stayed at this hotel in February 2013. Cozy hotel on the main street, close to the restaurants, shops, bank and bus station. Large and clean rooms, beds - white linens. The owners - the Italians are very nice and responsive people. For breakfast - fresh pastries, good coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Yes, it's run by Italians, who have an espresso maker and good taste in bedspreads. Yes, it has big rooms and a lovely courtyard. Alas, all of this is outweighed by unreliable wifi and hot water, and by the location of an all-night Mexican nightclub next door. Literally, all night - from 11PM til dawn, our room was practically vibrating...
