The last property on the beach road in Tulum before entering the Sian Kaan reserve, Casa De Las Olas is an incredible getaway for travelers looking to experience a slice of old school tulum charm. Think warm, personal hospitality, great guests, quiet on the beach, rather than a bumping party or shots shots shots shots shots shots. Breakfast is outstanding,...

From start to finish Olas never disappoints. From the amazing beach view sunrises, amazing breakfasts, (almost) private beach, attentive and fun staff, Olas is right there to make your vacation just as you imagined. I can't imagine stayin anywhere else!

When my husband and I were deciding on a place to stay in Tulum, we didn't want the curated experience that larger resorts provide. Instead, we sought something that would make our stay meaningful and unique to us. That's how we stumbled upon Casa de las Olas. This place is for those who want to have control over their experience...

My husband and I and another couple spent last week at Casa de las Olas. My husband and I have traveled to Tulum multiple times and stayed at several of the places along the Boca Paila road, all of which we have liked. This one was by far the best one yet! We found Casa by walking a long way...

Hola September 76 Thank you for the lovely words about our property and for sharing your experience with us! We have to agree our location is unparalleled and we have our lovely neighbor, the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, to thank for the serenity and relaxation - far enough away to truly enjoy the sounds of the waves and swaying palms....

The rooms are not quite as nice as the pictures lead you to believe, but the staff is great and the breakfasts are the best I've had at a b&b . Our balcony suite was on the ocean, but the ocean view was obscured by the palm trees.

My husband and I stayed a full week at Casa de las Olas. (We never stay in one place the entire week.). We loved it! If you are looking for an all inclusive, front desk with activities planners this is not the place for you. If you are looking for relaxing, private, beautiful place with warm hospitality this is the...

The moment we stepped onto the property, we were transported to another Tulum, a wilder and more jungle-y Tulum and the name, the name. House of the Waves: the roar of the ocean rolls over you, wraps around you, stalks you everywhere you go. This is actually our second trip to Casa de las Olas. The first time, a hurricane...

Casa de las Olas is a little bit of heaven tucked away at the far end of the beach road in Tulum. Easy to miss but hard to forget their location is private and due to it's small size, 10 people when were there, you feel like you have the beach to yourself. The owners and staff are helpful, and...
