Wow, so surprised today. Yesterday we had some bad experience with the day pass policy of my friends. Today Angie came to visit us for an explanation. This way of communication was very pleasant. It solved our yesterdays problem. We really appreciated the fact that they came to us to discuss. The hotel, the rooms, the garden are amazing. That...

This hotel is beautiful! It's small and quiet! Most visitors are from Europe and a few North Americans! The rooms are fine , a tad noisy at night. The grounds are spectacular! Breakfast is ok coffee good! All the great restaurants are no more than a 5 minute walk ! Will be coming back here for years to come!!!! It's...

Close to all the clubs and places you want to be. Absolutely charming. Beautiful pool and ambiance. Will be back next year. We attended first time for the Arena Festival. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Complimentary breakfast wasn't great but that ranks pretty low on the priority list. Loved our room on the second floor overlooking the pool. Great...

we stayed there for 5 nights, as part of out honeymoon. we were looking for a cheap hotel to go on day-trips from, so we were basically looking for a clean room, hot water and a decent breakfast. the room was clean indeed.. Breakfast was a shame. absolutely terrible. I ate bread and peanut butter, and on our last morning...

There was only ONE problem. They need better signage. Our cab driver couldn't find the hotel and we kept driving around town for 30 minutes. We passed the hotel unknowingly several times. It was our first visit to Playa so we weren't familiar with anything and our taxi driver didn't speak very good English, which created a problem. We came...

Room was okay, kind of sterile all white including art work, but the courtyard, however, was beautiful! My granddaughter asked "is this heaven?" when she came to visit. Quiet, except for birds singing. Loved the hammock on my balcony overlooking pool, and pool was lovely as well as poolside bar. Breakfast provided by hotel was great! I would go back....

1. We had an issue with the booking site we booked through and the hotel was exceptionally unhelpful. The hotel does not even bother to reply to email at all and when they did it was 2 days before to confirm our booking. 2. Upon arrival, reception staff were extremely un inviting and just wanted to get your payment so...

That's an ok location, close to coco bongo and to the nightclubs..there's a good and beautiful pool and a natural atmosphere too..ok But think about a terrible breakfast? Get it worst! It's really bad... there's no cheese, ham, good breads...you should pay extra for expresso...it's in a bar/restaurant closed to the hotel...it's disapointed. In the end, I wouldn't go back....

This place is truly amazing! Literally one street over from the busy 5th street, this quiet, secluded hotel offers a peaceful pool area surrounded by greens and sunbeds. They have a little bar by the pool, which offers small meals and good drinks. The rooms were clean and of good size, and we had all over a very pleasant stay...
