I was a lot of fun. Very helpful stuff I recommend you ask about Janette if you are interested to do tours. She is the best person ever, she helped us achieve everything we asked. She is a very kind and polite person. I highly recommend you ask about her when you get there Cheers and have fun out there

If you're looking to save money and a cute place near 5th Avenue, this is the place! We were really lucky that they had a room available since we had a bad experience in a previous location and needed a place last minute. The front desk, especially Diego and Ricardo, were extremely helpful with everything we needed. We were also...

But also not that great. It's a little out the way (which meant it was quiet!). The pool was very dirty the day we arrived but thankfully they had cleaned it by the next morning. Pictures make the pool look bigger than it is. Rooms were basic, bed was huge but not too comfy. Air con didn't work but fan...

I was pampered and spoiled when I booked a pedicure at the Playa del carmen spa. Gilda was amazing. Not only did she massage my feed and wrap them in eucaliptis but as I relaxed and listened to waves crashing on the beach Gilda massaged my arms and neck. I opted for the french pedicure and it still looks good...

I had read some negative reviews on trip advisor, and wanted to see for myself. I thought this was a great value and the location wasn't bad. It's 1 block off of 5th avenue and a few blocks from the beach. People at the front desk are always there if you need anything. I would definitely stay there again.

Young, solo female traveler on a budget. Calling it a B&B is a stretch. This was pretty rough, but I didn't plan to spend much time at the hotel. I walked from the ferry, a 40 min walk along 5th ave, so I was able to check out the shops and restaurants. Its cobblestone, so prepare yourself for the walk!...

We paid $300 for one night. There were huge cockroaches in the room, the air conditioner was so loud we couldn't keep it on. The pool was full of leaves and bugs. They served tang and bread for breakfast. Not worth it! Not even close to the beach, and the beach itself was gross, covered in seaweed and not worth $278....

My girlfiend and I booked a room between the 10th and 17th of December. We werent exactly thrilled with the room, really hard matress, lousy old pillows, smelly shower, but we got it for a good rate, $466CAD for the week, so we were ok with it. on our fifth night, we were in bed around midnight when we heard...
